Breakfast
Per: 50g GF Oats, 30g TVP, 1 tbsp ground flax, 13g PB&Me, 1/2 cup soy milk
Calories: 538, Protein: 35.8g, Carbs: 77.7g, Fat: 11.8g
Keto pudding flavors - Vanilla, chocolate and Butterscotch
I added 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter in chocolate overnight oats for extra flavour
**You may wish to Increase TVP to 40G for more protein
Lunch:
per 150g baked mini potatoes, 350g Tofu scramble, 50g Sriracha Mayo
Calories: 437, Protein: 33.8g, Carbs: 45.8g, Fat: 14.9g
**You may wish to increase tofu scramble quantity to increase protein or calories
Tofu scramble contains: (Full recipe is in my high protein ebook)
577g extra firm tofu
1 large onion
150g cherry tomatoes
300g frozen mixed veggies
1 medium size bell pepper
cilantro
1.5 tsp chana masala
1 tsp (unroasted cumin powder)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili flakes (+/-)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
salt per taste
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder ( to add at the end)
Mini potatoes contain:
2 tsp cajun spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt per taste

Dinner: per 30g Tempeh crumbles, 450g cooked pasta with sauce
Calories: 487.2, Protein: 38.9g, Carbs: 69.7g, Fat: 9.7g

Pasta Ingredients:
255g red lentil & brown rice pasta
200g mushrooms
50g baby spinach
150g broccoli
Pasta Sauce:
400g crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup water (+/- per preference)
20g nutritional yeast
200g Silken Firm tofu
1 roasted (jarred) bell pepper
spices (I used roasted garlic & pepper seasoning by club house, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt and chili flakes)
*Fresh basil would be a great addition but I didn't have any!
Dessert - Lemon Zucchini bread:
per 100g, Calories: 178.3, Protein: 5.2g, Carbs: 36g Fat: 2.8g

Thank you for watching and your feedback. I will try to make more meal prep videos in near future. Currently I'm doing more high protein full day of eating videos but most of these meals can also be used for meal prep (for example try my edamame + green pea sandwich which is packable for lunches). Unfortunately meal prep videos take too long to plan, film/edit so for now I find full day of eating work better for my current busy lifestyle. However, I do take everyone's feedback into consideration and I will definitely try to post more meal prep videos soon.

I loved this video so much! Can you use protein powder in the overnight oats? All these meals look fantastic! I would love more of these videos!
Aww that makes me so happy that you found this video helpful 😍 ofcourse you can add protein powder to overnight oats but I personally find that by adding TVP to oats- you get more quantity & you’re chewing more food. Therefore it’s more satiating. 😉 but protein powder definitely works too! Just experiment & see what works for you!

I make my oatmeal in the instant pot. When I made my last batch of oatmeal I had the great idea to put protein powder in. Mistake. I don’t know if it was just the PP or if I put in too much or what, but I didn’t like it. I ruined perfectly good oatmeal. Anyway, since I make a batch of oatmeal at a time I have been slogging through this oatmeal. Today is the last day and I can finally make some oatmeal that I like. I personally don’t like PP in oatmeal.
@@leahdavis3863 oh I wouldn’t cook with protein powder in an instant pot. Add protein powder once oats are cooked. Texture and taste is better that way. Plus taste also depends on what protein powder you use 🙂

yes TVP in overnight oats is a game changer. It increases the protein content and helps you stay full. Plus it tastes pretty decent too imo. Try and it and let me know your thoughts :)

Why the TVP???
To increase protein content and volume of the breakfast. More food to chew, hence less hunger. You can substitute with protein powder if you wish. This is an option for anyone who doesn't use protein powders :)
