I made the black bean brownies. I didn't have almond butter, I used hazelnut butter. Didn't have almond flour, used quinoa flour. I doubled the cacao, added a slash of Amaretto. Ran out of parchment paper, I buttered(Yes, real butter) generously my earthenware plate. My food processor almost died, the mix was too thick. But Yeah! It hit the spot! It filled my chocolate craving! I felt some harder parts, it was some black beans that were not mushed enough. I could taste that it was a vegan brownie but a delicious one! And I find it more filling since there are more fiber in this recipe.

Tiramisu has been one of my faves growing up and although I am not a sweet brekkie person, I would gladly eat such a dessert to eat in the evening! And I am saying this although I have never been an overnight oat person :D The texture of these was absolutely bomb - I think the cocoa powder made it a touch more fluffy too!
Oh my goddd I am making these oats. I also also have a love hate relationship. I don't like hot mushy oatmeal. I tried for years. I only eat overnight oats and baked oats! I add a spoonful of Biscoff after it comes out of the oven and then it melts all over the top 😍
This might sound weird, but I save the pasta water. It's good to add to your sauce to help it thicken and become more homogenous and you can use it in other dishes for the same reason. It keeps in the fridge for a couple of days as well. Just a little tip to help conserve more water. I always feel sooo guilty just dumping it down the drain so I try to find ways to reuse it if possible. I saw someone make coffee w their pasta water though and that's just too far. Ew.
I have so many cans of beans in my pantry rn and we’re moving in like a month or so so I gotta start using them and I feel like some bean cheeze and bean brownies are in my future

Kahlúa is not vegan I just recently learned this myself. I know this video is a year old however I’m just now watching it and you mentioned adding Kahlúa to the overnight oats.
My fridge is really loud when I'm filming too. Instead of having to move the fridge to unplug it, I just turn the temperature all the way down til it shuts off. Just remember to turn it back up!
i didn’t see it either but typed it out 1 cup ish oats and soy milk few tablespoons of chia seeds some cocoa powder some vanilla extract maple syrup and and strong brewed coffee or espresso/espresso powder (blend to combine, and then add protein powder) top with coconut cream and maple syrup combined (i’ve also made this with vegan unsweetened plain yogurt and it is great) and dusting of cocoa powder and keep sealed in fridge
I feel the same! I don't like the texture of Banza and other bean pastas. Have you tried Explore Cuisine's green lentil pasta? That one and Barilla are the only ones I like. Thank you for the recipes!

Answering to my own comment: that sauce is great! So yummy! Added a bit of mustard too, that really brought out the cheesy flavour!

i didn’t see it either but typed it out
1 cup ish oats and soy milk

some cocoa powder
some vanilla extract
