We've heard these standards before. People have seen and heard Shakespear too. Mr. Davis offers beautiful renditions that are as enjoyable as listening to Mozart's 41st. I play most of these songs, and it gives me pleasure to hear a great musician offer his heartfelt interpretation.
Jesse Davis is not pretending to be a jazz musician like so many fakers out here 😂. Jesse is a great player and someone all should consider checking! The sound on this recording is very good. Nice treasure, thank you Cory Weeds!!!

I was checking out Dexter Gordon and bumped into this. I got lucky because Jesse Davis can play his sax like....Wow! And every musician was excellent!
