When I drink soy bean it shrink alot and the color turn lighter skin look like its healing. Also watermelon and maybe the seed to also cabbages purple color. All on a separate occlusion. I notice they all start to shrink. They all go down. I try it once a week. Dont know what happen if I gone eating it a whole month and how much. Might need it with more fluid water.
