Igor was the difference. Freddie gave up a soft goal every game. Two in tonight’s game. He simply wasn’t stopping shots that Igor was.

That's Freddy he used to do that in Toronto great goalie but always gave up soft ones in big moments

Pointing at the kid and yelling "Theres a little boy crying into his rally towel!" Kind of mean, but funny as hell.

Carolina was an embarrassment! They should have just played the entire 3rd period without a goalie! They may have won!

Don't you feel bad for Martinnok's slide on the belly from basically 3/4 of the ice to save the goal at 3:1 to just loose at 5:3

That looked like it could have been a series defining moment. But the Rangers had other plans.

The Canes problem wasn't lack of scoring. They had goals. Their problem was that once the Rangers came within one, they suddenly got tight and less aggressive. It happened in multiple games and multiple times in this game (after 2-1 they tightened as well but Aho got the breakaway goal giving them momentum back). It was mental for them, not goals. But what a push by Kreider and the Rangers... That was a period by a team and a player that took responsibility, not the team from game 5.

Best game commentary ever. And Taco Bell can be rough on the stomach. But it is also kind of great. Made me hungry for some stress eating over this game.
