Don’t forget polarized sunglasses! Helps stop you from squinting, and protects the delicate skin around your eyes from UV light. So fewer 11s, crows feet, etc, but also reduces the speed at which cataracts form so you’ll be able to see longer without having to have eye surgery.

I bought those forehead patches in different manufacturers, and they were OK. But I found for the 11 lines that good old scotch tape works the best. I put a couple of small pieces on my 11 lines and wake up in the morning and they’re gone. I’m 66 years old and here to prove that not all 11 lines Need Botox. I am a side sleeper and after years of laying on my side and my skin sagging one way in the other. Because it’s the wrinkles. When I put tape between my eyebrows, the skin cannot sag or fold. Hence, no wrinkles. It works wonders and has saved me a lot of money. I get better results from the tape than I do Botox. You must first determine what the wrinkles are caused from, either movement of the muscle or side, sleeping in the laxity of skin due to sleeping on the side. Try it, it’s great.

I caught a talk a few years back about a physical education teacher talking about his underarms. He would make sure to work out his muscles in this area to prevent his skin from dropping. He would also watch his figure for the same reason.
I believe something similar could be done with our face. In the condition to know how to work out the "right muscles".
I came across Face Yoga Method RUclips channel. I believe in her work.
I also wonder if massages can help.
I wanna explore others options. 'Cause I don't any procedures done. I was traumatized as a kid seeing old woman whom had wrinkles free face, and still are when I see how far some people would go. You could always tell something is off !!!
Therefore, although I do believe procedures could be tastely done, I don't wanna go that path.
Working out the muscles in our faces, or prevent its to move to delay wrinkles to settle in, I hope could end with the same results. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

We also observe Veteran's Day in the United States (previously known as Armistice Day) which marked the end of World War I (on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month). It is also a very somber observance with many events taking place in most cities and towns in the United States. It is a national holiday where federal and state businesses are closed as well as schools.
I was born on 11/11 and my dad was a Marine Corp veteran who fought in the Korean conflict and was severely burned. We took Veteran's Day very seriously in our home. There are many of us who do take it seriously, it is on the news every year.

I would love some advice for scarring I am an addict to picking squeezing and scanning my face it's a compulsive behaviour called ( dermatillomania ) which has left my skin so scarred with hyperpigmentation and very large dips where I picked so much
I know creams won't turn the clock back but is there anything I can use that will let me actually see a difference fairly quickly? part of the problem with my condition is that cause my skin looks bad I tend to pick more cause the damage is already done (I'm aware that's not the way to think about it) I'm 38 very pale with freckles so it makes my scaring so much more obvious being pale I can't spot conceal cause of my freckles in I've found that the older I'm getting the healing time takes longer any advice from someone who has this condition or has treated this condition would be absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩

I started taking a daily multivitamin that features 100% of my daily value of Vitamin A, and I noticed a huge difference in my 11 lines over just a couple months! It was more than ANY skincare or topical treatment, including Tretinoin. I didn't start the multivitamin for my skin, but it's nice to see the proof it's working!

Please please please be carfeful with fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A!
An overdose can lead to toxicity because your body doesn't excrete any excess - it stores it.
      Other fat-soluble vitamins are E,D and K.

Overnight kinesiology taping is excellent for reducing and preventing frown lines. There are loads of instructional videos from Dr's, Derms and physiotherapists on the Tube.
I haven't watched you for a while Cassandra. Mainly because your hyper speed style of influencing gives me anxiety. It's like watching a video on fast forward.
