This is the fudge I make yearly for Christmas! I add vanilla and chopped walnuts. The family always requests! Becky, please know that you’re in my prayers as you celebrate your first Christmas without Brett. This is my third without Richard. I’m not going to lie, it’s hard. We did so many things together.
Praying the God of all comfort will send comfort to you both on this and every anniversary! 🙏🏽 May He bless you with a flood of happy and fun memories as a medicine for your soul. 💙💙💙
This has been my quick go to fudge to give at Christmas. I've used peanut butter chips and it works just as well. They taste really good. I've also mixed chocolate chips and peanut butter chips together. That was good too. Becky thank you for always putting God first. He is so important in my life and I love surrounding myself with strong faithful Christian women. God bless you always.
You can make fudge with regular peanut butter and white frosting. Same concept. Heat frosting and peanut butter until they’re pourable, stir well, and then pour them into wax paper lined tins. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until it sets up. It’s delicious! ❤
Thank you for sharing such a delicious and simple recipe... God is always first in my families lives and it's so beautiful to hear and know that others put Him first as well.
I use this recipe. I add a dash of salt and after I melted it on a double boiler, add a capful of vanilla. I line my pan with wax paper. I use the paper to pull over the top and put in the refrigerator overnight. Next day I peel the wax paper off and cut. It’s amazing and so good. Such a great recipe

Thank you!! Keeping recipe "secrets" is not good for people with severe allergies. At the very least, provide an ingredient list that includes *all* ingredients used.
I’ve been making this fudge since 1987. I use 14oz. sweetened condensed milk, 18oz. (Which is 3 cups) semisweet chocolate chips, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. That’s the dark fudge version. **For the milk chocolate version I substitute one cup of milk chocolate chips for one of the cups of semisweet chips. **For a creamier dark fudge I add 2 cups miniature marshmallows to the three cups of semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk while microwaving. **And for peanut butter fudge I use three cups of peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips. I’ve never had a batch fail in 32 years.
Okay, I finally got around to making this just lastnight, and OH MY WORD! It's excellent! This is the type of fudge I've been paying 50 cents a piece for! And believe me, it's a tiny tiny piece that I've been buying. This is gonna save me a FORTUNE! And it was stupid easy! 😀

I've never been able to master my grandmother's fudge recipe, but this was amazing! I used dark chocolate chips. Made two batches for Christmas. I added mini marshmallows an peanuts to one an chopped up heath bars to the other. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much for this quick an easy recipe.
I don't like orange and chocolate together, but I swirled a little warmed peanut butter into one batch, it soft-set in the grooves of the fudge... 🤯 😋😋 😋
I've used this recipe for 15 yrs. I add a dash of salt, a tablespoon of butter , and a teaspoon of Kahlua or Irish cream. I also add either walnuts or marshmallows. Best recipe ever.
I have made this two times now one with semi-sweet and the second time with dark chocolate not semi-sweet and we like it with dark chocolate bits and no semi-sweet, both are sweet and delicious !! The dark chocolate only took two 30 seconds but it did well !! I must admit I have just found you and I love what you do and admire you. I may try the peanut butter pinwheels my mother made them years ago when I didn't have sense enough to ask her about the recipe, I am 81 and still learning new things. Thank you !!
Made this with granddaughter this past week. She enjoyed helping and stirring up chocolate and milk. She especially liked licking the spoon. We made one batch with nuts and one plain. She liked plain the best. Thanks for sharing.
Becky, thank you for this recipe and for your Bible verses. Giving problems to God has been a blessing for me. I wish you blessings and love to you and your family.
I’ve been making this for years. I use two pots on the stove like a double boiler and pot it on a cookie sheet, put in the freezer and then when it sets I roll them into small balls and roll in chocolate jimmies, put each one in small cup cake liners we call it French fudge, I do add vanilla. Thank you for sharing!

In order to get the parchment paper to lay well, I put a matching dish on top of the parchment paper in the bottom dish and it sits real well - I do this when I make brownies also. Thank you so much and a Merry Christmas to you and your family. I know it won't be the same this year, but we have to keep up the tradition anyway.
I use 16oz jar of peanut butter 16 oz container of vanilla frosting put in the microwave 60 seconds remove and stir put back in 60 more seconds! Pour in 9 by 9 greased pain and you got Peanut Butter Fudge! God Bless!

I have an old recipe for peanut butter fudge that uses 20 oz peanut butter flavored chips and 1ea. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 cup butter. You mix it almost the same way and heat in a microwave in small amounts if time until it is well mixed and melted, then pour it into a a buttered or lined dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting. Very easy and very good!
I made a double batch of this for Christmas, and it turned out wonderfully! I kept pulsing the micro-wave, 15 seconds at a time, until melted. It actually fully melted with out getting "boiling hot." Everyone loved it.
My friend and I used to make this all the time in the 90’s 🥰 we added vanilla, but also we preferred it with half a bag of semi sweet and half a bag of peanut butter chips 😋
Thank you for saying that! I was just checking the comments to see if anyone else tried that because I wanted to do that but wasn't sure if it would be the same. 😊
A friendly Hello Tracie...We also love the combo of chocolate & peanut butter...I'm thinking about making chocolate to lay down its, & then quickly pouring over the peanut butter, & trying to swirl them together...If that doesn't work, it will still taste great... *: )* Bless you...Poppy

This woman just makes my little cynical heart grow three times with each video I watch of hers, I swear. Speaking as an athiest, (and really, I don't get offended when people talk about God. They can believe in what they like.) I really dig your videos. I was in an accident that left me injured a few months ago and the stress level of everything and being disabled for the time being has really hit me hard. But then your vids starting popping up in my timeline and so I've been bingeing your channel for the past two weeks. They've really helped me....and make me hungry. LOL!! I guess I just wanna say thank you. And peace from California. ❤❤❤
@@No-Name-f8p Don’t “try” Jesus Christ nor offer that as something optional to what you’ve been trying. People need to simply put their trust in Jesus Christ but not try him.
I pray that you have fully recovered from your accident. If you’re like me, you will have to walk off the calories you consumed just watching the video, right?
I am recently disabled I was working in nursing 33 years and a accident and a few other things made me disabled now.
I can relate .
Even tho you are atheist I still will pray for you always I pray for physical healing and pAin to lessen .

Christina, regardless of what you believe, He continues to love you. So it’s good that you are not offended by other ‘folks’ belief in God.
Becky is a very strong woman because of her Faith. Losing her hubby a couple of years ago was such a sad situation. But bless her heart, she kept in the WORD and has made it through the pain.
Praying for your healing, Christina. Been there and dealing with workers comp, family leave, medical insurance companies can nearly drive you nuts. Hang in there Lady. 🙏☺️
Just wanted to say I hope you are doing better Christina. God bless you & have a beautiful Christmas. Peace and love from the far South

Will the raisins burn in the microwave, or do you add them after?
I thought of that. Like.a.Chunky!

You're so lucky to have those memories ❤🙏

This has been my quick go to fudge to give at Christmas. I've used peanut butter chips and it works just as well. They taste really good. I've also mixed chocolate chips and peanut butter chips together. That was good too. Becky thank you for always putting God first. He is so important in my life and I love surrounding myself with strong faithful Christian women. God bless you always.
Ditto!
My husband and I just made this awesomeness. Quick FYI..sweetened condensed milk says 14 oz but I measured only 12. The fudge came out great !!
Finally I have found someone who uses the same receipy my dececed Mother used. Thank you. You made my world a little bit brighter.
It's "deceased", dear.
Mike...you knew what she meant. She didn't need correcting!
Had a friend give me some at work last year - she used 1/2 milk chocolate chips & 1/2 salted caramel chips and added pecan pieces! Yummy!
I wonder if i use dark and salty carmel chips and black walnuts pieces if that wod be good. Maybe add mini marshmallows too. 😋
You can make fudge with regular peanut butter and white frosting. Same concept. Heat frosting and peanut butter until they’re pourable, stir well, and then pour them into wax paper lined tins. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until it sets up. It’s delicious! ❤
May I ask ? How much peanut butter? Can you add Semi sweet chocolate chips to it?
Shut up

Made some like this....used milk chocolate frosting and peanut butter......was so good.....
Becky, you are a refreshing delight!!! What an Angel!!! Taught me how to make fried chicken, gravy and two-minute fudge. YES, God first!!! Thank You for inspiring me. Your Friend, Mark

Can you use white chocolate chips?
@@jennifermorgan5846 Why not? I would give it a try. Have a Blessed Christmas, Jennifer. Lynne
Glad you liked it!
The fudge I make has the sweented condensed milk, semi sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and vanilla-I add nuts. It is so good!!

Ohhh i have butterscotch chips to use and this may be it! Thanks

I made this fudge today and it’s outstanding! Just like gift shop fudge without all the work! Thank You Hillbilly Kitchen...Many Blessings to you and your family...🙏🏻
When do you add the nuts and marshmallows?
Make this every year have added a tad of orange extract. really good. God Bless you and your family for all that you do.
I don't like orange and chocolate together, but I swirled a little warmed peanut butter into one batch, it soft-set in the grooves of the fudge...
🤯
😋😋 😋
When do you put your extract in?
Thank you!
@Gayle Brown Is this at all comparable to See's fudge?
Mmmm dark chocolate and orange tastes like the holidays to me!!
Great recipe! I add a fourth teaspoon of instant espresso & it makes the chocolate taste even more chocolaty
I was thinking about adding coffee! Good to hear it worked 😊
Won't it ruin the fudge???
No, it just enhances the chocolate taste. Works well in chocolate cakes.
@@elainehendrix9714 no use just a half or whoa teaspoon of instant espresso it just give an extra layer of richness & depth
Oh, that sounds good!
Lov This God fearing soul, who Just happens to be an amazing human! And cook!!!❤
I've used this recipe for 15 yrs. I add a dash of salt, a tablespoon of butter , and a teaspoon of Kahlua or Irish cream. I also add either walnuts or marshmallows. Best recipe ever.
I was wondering about a dash of salt . Thank you 😊
I have made this two times now one with semi-sweet and the second time with dark chocolate not semi-sweet and we like it with dark chocolate bits and no semi-sweet, both are sweet and delicious !!
Thanks, for the idea I love chocolate Jimmy's
Great idea ty now I'm thinking of a variety of things I can roll them in.theyll be like a assortment of chocolates..yummy
Thank you for reminding everyone of the reason for the season.

@@TheHillbillyKitchen I made it, added walnuts at the end. You were right, I had to hurry getting the walnuts mixed in , it was already setting up. Thank you so much. God Bless
God Bless!
Try crumbling the paper into a ball then opening it back up and seating in the pan.

Hey, y'all. Just hearing you sweet voice made me so homesick. I grew in East Tennessee, but none of my folk are left back there, so I can't come up with many excuses to go home. Thank you for the recipe! Made it this afternoon, added 1/4 tsp peppermint extract and crushed candy cane on top. It turned out wonderful ♥️
Just offering a little kitchen trick. If you loosely crumple up your parchment paper before placing it into a container or pie shell, it makes it much easier to shape it to the interior of the container or pie shell.
May you and your family have a very happy and blessed Christmas!
I love how simple these recipes are. Great for someone who works full time and doesn't have time for complicated recipes.

This sounds so good I am going to try this before Christmas. May God richly bless youn thisb Christmas seasonandd remember that Jesus is the reason for the season !
Hallelujah! Woo Hoo! I have made two batches of this fudge. IT'S AMAZING! I made one with dried cranberries and sugar crusted pecans! Delicious!
Gods blessings for you and all your family keep up the great work and shows.
I made a double batch of this for Christmas, and it turned out wonderfully! I kept pulsing the micro-wave, 15 seconds at a time, until melted. It actually fully melted with out getting "boiling hot." Everyone loved it.
