Thank you for the wonderful gift. I pray before my feet hit the floor in the morning and it has changed my life for the better. If y'all will put God first in all you do he will bless you beyond measure. And make sure you thank him at night before you go to sleep.
I have made this and it is delicious!! I had an idea and it worked...I eliminated the nuts in a batch and poured it into an 8x8 foiled pan and put it in fridge to cool, got popsicle sticks from dollar store, skewered a large marshmallow on 16 sticks, and pushed them into fudge and back in fridge for 2 hours. Cuts into 16 perfect cubes for hot chocolate on a stick! Just stir into cup of hot milk. Love your recipes! God bless from Ottawa, Canada
Mrs . Wanda . Thanks for sharing . How you made the fudge . And put popsicle sticks and marshmallow . To put in hot cocoa . Sounds so delicious . Merry Christmas . To You And Family .🎄🌪️⛄🌪️🤯🌪️
Great idea! I was already thinking of using my dehydrated marshmallows in it instead of regular. I’ll have to try some for hot chocolate ! My kids would probably love this for Christmas instead of the dry cocoa mix I was planning to give them this year. And if they don’t want hot chocolate, they can just eat it! Thank you so much for sharing this 😊

I think I might do it with just the marshmallows. Fudge covered marshmallows then press some peanut butter chips on top before it cools off. Mmm got me drooling!

Thank you, Becky! 😊 May your first Christmas without your beloved Bret be a peaceful one as you are surrounded by your family. Speaking as a widow of 13 years, the first year of holidays is the hardest, but it will get easier...promise! ❤️
Shannon and Becky: the pain dulls after awhile but It never goes completely; like a scar that still pulls. This Thursday would have been my 54th Wedding Anniversary- My guy went home to Heaven 9 and a half years ago, 4th of July on 2012. Could you remember me In Prayer on that day, My sisters in the Lord?
Just finished my third batch of Rocky Road for this Christmas baking season. There are simply so many good things about this recipe; 2 minutes and finished, ingredients are easy to find and not costly, the variables to change amounts of nuts, marshmallows, butter, and vanilla works no matter amounts I used. Simply delicious with semi-sweet, milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips. A treat for my family or elegant sweet to make as a gift. A go-to recipe for me. I love this kind of Hillbilly cooking. Judy, SW Idaho.
What a wonderful Truth shared~ i’ll lean into it to enable me to see thru times my heart and mind are clouded to the hope of His joy and peace. And gonna add the Rocky Road recipe to Fudge Doings Night with the Grands! 💕

Hi. I'm in Australia & our version of rocky road also contains little bits of gummy type candies. I'm going to try this recipe but cut back the marshmallows by one cup and add one cup of cut up gummies. For years, I've made the plain fudge using a similar recipe but never even thought of doing Rocky road. I can't wait to give a try. And thank you for your message at the end. Sometimes I would ask my wife of 34yrs but since she went back home to the Lord, I am just trying to find comfort in some of the dishes that I loved so much. The fudge looks delicious. It’s something to fix for the grandkids right before I send them back home to their parents. A huge thank you for the stuffed green peppers recipe you did 6 years ago. They were delicious and my family enjoyed them. No leftovers on that dish. GBY Becky from Western Kentucky 🙏🇺🇸 God is good all the time.
Thank you for this easy recipe! It gives me a gift 🎁 to give my friends. I am in a budget so this is super helpful. Also thank you for the spiritual teachings that you do. I love listening to you and I learn so much. Thank you 🙏. Your friend Jennifer
I make my Rocky Road candy with 1 bag of chocolate chips, 1 bag of butterscotch chips, 1 can of condensed milk, 1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1-1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows. You can do this on stove top or microwave exactly as done on this fudge recipe. I spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Then spread the candy in the dish and allow to set. The butterscotch makes it tastes like a rocky road candy bar. So good!!!
Hi Becky, I bought your cookbook on Amazon, got it a couple weeks ago and just LOVE it, I'm going to buy a couple more for Christmas stocking staffers for my daughter in Wyoming and my daughter in law in Nevada, they'll make wonderful gifts. Mat God bring you and your family peace and comfort this Christmas. I know it's going to be difficult without Bret, I'll keep you in my prayers and thanks for a great, yummy candy recipe!💞✝️
Becky, I've been making this fudge for several years and I find using non-stick aluminum foil works really good so you don't have to butter the foil. I also use peanut butter chips to make PB fudge, dark chocolate fudge, etc. The possibilities are endless. I've even used the melted white chips spread on a cookie sheet. Then you can put all sorts of things on top like peppernint bits and nuts and whatever to make bark.

My mother had a recipe book from eagle brand products. And we made this fudge for years. ".Foolproof fudge" Your version sounds amazing and I'll be trying it today. Also i raised my children in the 90's and we didn't have alot of money. As a sweet treat i would make the Foolproof fudge in different versions. Way more cost effective then candy, cookies or snack cakes. So glad it's coming back.. May God bless you always. Absolutely love watching you
I pray you will be with family this Christmas and that you all remember Brett with happy memories. I know you understand when I say "he graduated" from this life to glory. Love you Sweet Lady. Thank you for the great fudge recipe.
Becky, I'm going thru what happened to you, losing my spouse. I'm a wreck thinking of life without him. We're doing this at home, just the two of us. You're amazing and I'm praying for you and for me.
Stay in the Word. Stay in the present. Enjoy everyday with him. To think of when something might happen, is robbing you and him of the joy of today. The happier you are the happier he is. He probably knows you better than you think he does.
whenever i find myself homesick for my youth in eastern kentucky, i watch your videos and it makes me feel better and also gives me ideas for comfort foods that i somehow never learned the recipes/technique for.

I used to watch mom make that when i was a girl.
She made us stay out of it until she left us all have some. She told us that was her candy.
Dont worry she gave us some.
May God Bless and Keep you and your Familjy.
Thank you! God bless you and keep you close to him. 🙏🧡🙏
This will be good this year. Thank you for sharing your time and faith.
God bless you Becky, and all your family
Becky, I'm going thru what happened to you, losing my spouse. I'm a wreck thinking of life without him. We're doing this at home, just the two of us. You're amazing and I'm praying for you and for me.
Stay in the Word. Stay in the present. Enjoy everyday with him. To think of when something might happen, is robbing you and him of the joy of today. The happier you are the happier he is. He probably knows you better than you think he does.
@@me-pm6mx Thank you honey.
