@@jojo8948 Thank you! :) I want to make a pistachio cream dubai chocolate and the videos show me to fry the dough in butter and stir it into the pistachio cream, then the filling will be crispy. I am very interested, I will definitely try it. You can't buy this kind of pasta in my town, that's why I was looking for a recipe video for it.

Move your hands quickly. It need not necessarily be a straight line. You could move your hands in a circular motion as well. Hope this helps
I guess you need to squeeze it a little.. not too much just exact pressure so that it wont be like droplets, also not too thick.

hey, i have some leftover phyllo dough. is there a way i could make kanefa dough from phyllo instead of making it from scratch?
If you're having sheets you'll have to shred them to make kunafa dough. I haven't personally tried it myself though
