    Hello, do you have any tips on how to make the straight line on the pan? Mine is like a droplets of the batter 😢

      Move your hands quickly. It need not necessarily be a straight line. You could move your hands in a circular motion as well. Hope this helps

      I guess you need to squeeze it a little.. not too much just exact pressure so that it wont be like droplets, also not too thick.

      Cornflour is what cornstarch is called in many countries.

    Hi! Is this crispy dough? I would like to use it to make a pistachio cream with crispy dough for a chocolate filling.

      I've been looking into it and it seems that the dough gets toasted to make it crispy before mixing with the pistachio cream. Please don't take my word for it though, I'm definitely not an expert.

      @@jojo8948 Thank you! :) I want to make a pistachio cream dubai chocolate and the videos show me to fry the dough in butter and stir it into the pistachio cream, then the filling will be crispy. I am very interested, I will definitely try it. You can't buy this kind of pasta in my town, that's why I was looking for a recipe video for it.

    hey, i have some leftover phyllo dough. is there a way i could make kanefa dough from phyllo instead of making it from scratch?

      If you're having sheets you'll have to shred them to make kunafa dough. I haven't personally tried it myself though
