Hey guys welcome back to my channel!!!! Today I'm making the new viral Dubai chocolate bar that's being recreated all over the world. This has a filling of Italian pistachio cream that is so delicious, it can be used for cake and pastry filling or on toast. It is one of the best and easiest things you will ever make! The other part of the filling consists of crispy shredded phyllo which is also really easy to prepare if you're not able to find it at your local grocery store. So let's get started!
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
• 3 1/2 oz White chocolate
• 1 heaped cup Pistachios, unsalted raw
• 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 3/4 cup Whole milk
Kataifi:
110 g. flour
80 g. cornstartch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tb. oil
220 ml. water
This looks very tasty! I will definitely try making these this weekend!

It will come out way better if you temper the melted chocolate first. Just takes a couple mins
Yes, for a glossy finish, mix it in 30 second intervals if melting in the microwave

Why do other recipes call for corn flour? What’s the difference between that and cornstarch

●🌽 Cornstarch is used as a thickener where Corn Flour will give more of a natural slightly more coarse texture.
You may get a better stand from the use of CORN STARCH for such thin delicate stands. 🌽●
