Thank you for the good recipe I have a question. I make it without milk to prevent it from decaying quickly due to its shelf life and physical properties, but I feel a lot of sugar particles. Is it a recipe that doesn't feel like all the sugar melts perfectly when it contains milk? Is it okay to reduce the amount of sugar instead of not adding milk?
@@GiuliaArdizzoneProcessed white sugar is super bad for you, no matter the amount tbh. I’ve been fasting so much to the point where my body will reject it now, or I’ll pass out and go to sleep. Same with bread. It’s been classified as a drug. Dates work well as natural sweeteners! So many fruit options that add sweetness.
@@Auroracleprocessed white sugar is sucrose (glucose and fructose) and dates are also made from glucose and fructose. When you eat food your body will break both down to the same thing.
