    This is arguably the most detailed exhaust video I've seen period (as someone who's had a few different bolt on style vehicles)
    Great video to the point, I still feel like I'll be cutting the old exhaust just for time and ease sake as well but great to know the entire way to remove the exhaust is there

    Hey nice vid, im going to fit my fiesta a 3inch cobra exhaust. but can i run it without exhaust leaking with a stock gasket on the stock downpipe? Going to fit a decat later. or do i need to use sealant and stuf?

    • @happyhills_garage
      @happyhills_garage  3 года назад

      Thank you! And I did not have a problem with my stock gasket, however my exhaust system is a 2.75. So I don't know if the extra .25 will make a difference in that area.

    hello, how much is the diameter of the original cat back?

  • @amykitching1438
    @amykitching1438 4 года назад +1

    Did you buy a new gasket when fitting back from the down pipe? thats fitting the new 2.75" to the stock 2.5" flange i couldn't see if the stock one was still on there? Thanks

    • @happyhills_garage
      @happyhills_garage  4 года назад

      I reused the stock gasket when I put this on. When I changed the Downpipe out I used a new gasket though.

    • @happyhills_garage
      @happyhills_garage  4 года назад +1

      The gasket was still on the downpipe in the video, so it may have looked like I didn't put a gasket on lol.

    Hi mate, I’m going to be installing mine tomorrow, is the only reason you dropped everything just so you didn’t have to cut the old exhaust? If possible I’d rather cut the old exhaust than drop everything, also have you got any other tips? Or is it as easy as you make it look haha

    • @happyhills_garage
      @happyhills_garage  3 года назад

      I didn't cut it mainly because if I ever wanted to sell it, I would just swap the catback with the old one. Easy day. If you don't really care about that than feel free and get cutting lol. It isn't hard once you know the way of working it out, and not really any other tips other than what I stated in the video.

    Are all the tools required and why? Also would it be a viable option to just saw the stock exhaust off rather than messing about with brake cables and stufd

    • @happyhills_garage
      @happyhills_garage  3 года назад

      If you are not planning to keep the stock exhaust to put it back on later, for whatever reason, then just saw it lol. All based on what you plan on doing.

    Lmao why are you removing brake lines and suspension parts for literally no apparent reason? It’s literally just an exhaust install
