I have seen so many recipes from great chefs but yours is simple as my mom does. One suggestion, crush garlic, break the red chillies before frying.. Nd last spray a bit(pinch) of pepper powder nd coriander leaves. The dish turns more yummy. 😊
When boiling ...I am going to add salt, Pepper, Turmeric marinated white fish to this. Complete meal in one bowl. Thank You for the inspiration Srikant ! 🙏🙏🙏
Another great mouth watering recipe from a great chef. Your recipes continue to amaze me and motivate even a bystander cook like me to try them to turn me hopefully into a great cook like you.
I’ll be making this (when tomatoes are in season and I can get them at my farmers market). I also see the suggestions in the comment section (and will play with those). I found a “tomatoe tea” here on RUclips (that I tweaked to our tastes) I make when we are sick or feeling under the weather. Interested to see how this works for that!
Raw tomatoes do not cause inflammation but if you have an existing inflammatory condition ie arthritis it aggravates the disease and causes lots of pain. I discovered this myself 40 years ago …I did not stop eating tomatoes but I only ate it cooked. Over the years I tried to eat them raw(I loved it sliced with a little olive oil ,fresh basil leaves ,a little salt and freshly ground pepper) but this only resulted in severe joint pain. After being diagnosed with arthritis I started to record my reactions to certain foods and has largely managed without medication.
