    I have been eating fermented garlic for over a year now and I eat it with every salad that I make. Fermented garlic is one of my favourite fermented veggies along with onion, carrots, cauliflower and red beets. LOVE fermented foods! I wish I had discovered this eons ago. I make sure I always have some jars ready.
    I make my own sauerkraut and kimchi. I donot have a sweet tooth atall, but a sour and hot tooth! 😂
    When I don’t have a salad with garlic, I have my daily spoonful of honey fermented witch brew with garlic, lemon, ginger and thyme. You can find all these recipes online and I asure you it will be an inspiring quest to try them all.
    I have never been vaxxed in years and feel super! Never had covid (flu🙄🙄) and I am 68 years young.

    There are silicon tubes specifically designed for peeling garlic, into which you place the garlic and then simultaneously press and roll. These work beautifully for quick and easy peeling. That said, any flat piece of silicon works equally well. For example, I have a flat silicon pot holder on which I can set several cloves on garlic. I then fold the pot holder over on itself, encapsulating the garlic, then press down and roll. With both of these methods, you simply rinse the garlic peels from the silicon, then dry. Easy peasy.

    • @HappyBellyfish
      @HappyBellyfish  Год назад +1

      The water is the brine that protects it from attracting mold. It can stay outside too but it gets softer. To keep a crunchier texture keep in a refrigerator along with the brine , in which it was prepared. The brine smells a lot when you burp the bottle during the first three to four days. But gradually that smell fades away completely.
