When I don’t have a salad with garlic, I have my daily spoonful of honey fermented witch brew with garlic, lemon, ginger and thyme. You can find all these recipes online and I asure you it will be an inspiring quest to try them all.

There are silicon tubes specifically designed for peeling garlic, into which you place the garlic and then simultaneously press and roll. These work beautifully for quick and easy peeling. That said, any flat piece of silicon works equally well. For example, I have a flat silicon pot holder on which I can set several cloves on garlic. I then fold the pot holder over on itself, encapsulating the garlic, then press down and roll. With both of these methods, you simply rinse the garlic peels from the silicon, then dry. Easy peasy.
I have seen those , never knew they were so effective. I am going to give it a try . Thank you for sharing this idea.
@@HappyBellyfish , You're quite welcome!
I also use the silicone tube 👍
How do those silicon gloves looks like
Oh silicone tube how do they look like
Thank you.
As a Turkish, we consume garlic with yoghurt dip. İt called or written "cacık" Greeks makes them as well. İt compliment Rice, pasta and similar dishes. But it's great to deep your fresh hot Turkish bread in it to eat. İt's delicious.
Sounds good for health n with curd too good
Garlic cloves preserved in honey instead of water and salt. Very tasty and I have been told very healthy. What do you think?
I make it almost every week..
Should the fermented garlic be stored in fridge with the water or after draining the water.
The water is the brine that protects it from attracting mold. It can stay outside too but it gets softer. To keep a crunchier texture keep in a refrigerator along with the brine , in which it was prepared. The brine smells a lot when you burp the bottle during the first three to four days. But gradually that smell fades away completely.
My new recipe friend yay i love tahini also
Can I use garlic I took out of freezer?
You can defrost and use them
We will try this ,
I will listen to you because you are handsome with great skin so whatever you are doing is working😊. Thanks!
Every night that I eat beans, I add raw crushed garlic to it to put me to sleep. 1 tblspn garlic. The protein from the beans seems to protect me from over heat of the garlic.
Yummy 😋 Thanks from Huntsville, Ontario
Great video. Deserves more likes.
Thank you very much. but what is Tahiti in English?or if I cannot get Tahiti what else can I use ❤
It is crushed sesame seeds to make sort of a paste.
Tahini is Sesame paste. If you have a powerful blender you can make it at home too. But it is available almost anywhere these days online.
Do you store the garlic in the water when you refrigerate it?
yes and it lasts forever :)
I just take 2 raw cloves first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, works for me !
Do you chew them or do you swallow them whole like they’re pills
I love garlic but yes its very smelly 😊. I slice the garlic from the back and tear off both the slice pieces. They come off the skin easily. No need to soak for 1 hour, a minute is enough. I tried lot of methods but slicing works best for me.
Your recipe 2nd is good, thank you so much. You plz try to speak Hindi will be best.
You can dry roast before peel
It helps deskin and reduces hot pungent smell.
Aftr adding salt add one small piece of lemon it will be wonderful.tastewise and otherwise.
Hit the garlic clove with a pestle or anything heavy to break the skin & it makes it easier to peel it
Thank you :)
Really enjoyed video and your simplified directions.
Nice recipe 😍
Cooked water or tap water, please. Thank you.
tap water
After i cut up my garlic clove and let it sit for about 15 mins , Get a glass of cold water and swallow it down just dont chew it up its not bad at all then !
In Egypt we made tehiny in our lunch separate or with side of 🐟 all time also w eggplant 🍆
