Dear Timmy, I think your videos are relaxing and enlightening in knowing what's really out there. I may watch some of them more than once. All benefit from these ventures not just me. It's nice to see your hair is combed. Thank you so much ❤ Blessings
Hello Tim Lee wow sound amazing you came right restaurant jammy and delicious foodie my favorite Indian food looking very tasty thank you stunning video ❤🙏🏼🌹
Another awesome video! Indian food is absolutely delicious and I would love to try this place one of these days. BTW, all the rainy weather has been pushed down to California! Thank god I have a good pair of Vessi's thanks to you!
Wow I was raised in the PNW and never thought I would ever hear "the sun was relentless in Seattle" even in the summer, and it's only March! Love Indian food and especially fond of times when I fast meat, they are my favorite go to restaurants
It was quite the nice experience and this is a good way to try out a variety of different dishes.. I didn't even realize it was all veggie and certainly didn't miss the meat
Hi Tim i look forward to your videos they are always so entertaining. Your personality is so nice and love your manners. Great video, the food vvb looks fantastic ☺️
Hi Tim! You really did a great job of eating everything that was served on that big Thali platter lol. We love vegetarian food, and would definitely love to try all of those dishes that you had. Cheers from Lisbon :)
Wow Tim even though this was all vegetarian we didn’t stop once to wish it had some kind of protein. We’ve never had a complete vegetarian meal but this video has us rethinking that. Talk about unlimited food!! Thanks for sharing your experience as always!!
Actually for Indian vegetarians paneer and lentils are the main sources of dietary protein. So you did get to enjoy a nutritionally balanced vegetarian meal. 👍🙂
Hi Tim...the Thali looked interesting 😉...great hospitality and service...would of liked to try all those items 😋...glad you enjoyed yourself, safe travels and God Bless 😘🤗💘
Hi tim I not a big vegetarian fan but the food really looked good I must admit great choice. I know you were pretty full when you left thank you for sharing
Thanks Tim was wondering did they bring it out to fast for you for a reason like I've heard sometimes places have time limits on the food or whatever I would want it all kinda slow because my taste buds would be on overload would you try something like that again ? I would like to
Thank you so much for the kind comment. LoL, it was quite interesting you should mention that because halfway through the meal, I was called in for work and had to finish up quickly... Would have had a few extra dishes otherwise 😃
Thanks Tim for another Delicious Video. It was funny watching them bring you all the Food Refills. One day I'll have to try some Salted Buttermilk. Take Care. 🌟
Oh Wow, that looks Good ! My son and his girlfriend have lived in Seattle now, for about a year. I''ll tell them of this place, they Love spicy food. Thank you!
That meal looked delicious! Thanks,Tim, for showing us some vegetarian Indian cuisine. I wish that place was closer to me. Fun to watch you eat carbs. 😄😋👍
I just found your channel!!! I am recovering from surgery and can only have liquids!!!! So I am binge watching your videos!!!! 😁 So for me you are eating for me !! 😁 Thank you !! God bless !
@@TimLeeLetsGo It's rapidly melting but the temperature will be again below freezing and stay there for a while. It was a wonderful weekend but it's gone temporarily. Cheers until the next scoff.
Nice looking meal. I love buttermilk but never had salt in it. Think you enjoyed a lassi, which is plain yogurt, ice water and salt. I make them once in a while. Very refreshing.
@@globalcitizenn Thank you! I was introduced to the savory one as lassi. But it was in a US Indian food restaurant, they may not have used "buttermilk" because in US buttermilk is a different product.
Smashing video again Tim. And.. @Tim Lee if you ever come to Manchester UK 🇬🇧 then I'd love to be your guide off/on video. There's Jamie Olivers and almost everything in Manchester City centre. Plus fantastic shopping. My partner is shy so will stay at home haha! Xxx

Aamras is not lassi which is a drink made mainly of butter milk and can have various flavouring like mango pulp added and is sweet.Salted butter milk is called chhaas and that too can have ginger, mint ,coriander etc added for flavour.Butter milk is very good for digestion and generally taken end of meal..Aaamras is pureed mango pulp with a dash of cardamom powder ,ginger powder etc added and often eaten with poori .
Thank you so much for the suggestion! Definitely would love to check it out and can't wait to plan another trip to visit my good friend Lois who recently moved there
@@TimLeeLetsGo i see, just curious but it was sunny past few days here in seattle so i thought you were just here. You gotta try grill city in seafood city in tukwila..great food.
@@TimLeeLetsGo oh yeah, how did you know its filipino cuisine? If you haven’t been to that area/zone, theres a lot more in that same location side by side (filipino grocery, jollibee, red ribbon, chowking, crispytown). Oh there’s this new resto called “fil cuisine” right by H mart in Lynnwood city next time you pass by seattle fyi.
All those carbs fill you up quickly. But as a carnivore, I always found that in eating veg I get hungry again after only an hour or two. The meal did look savory though I don't think I could live on veggies alone.
Monos. Makes me think of a Tibetan place in Cambridge. MA called Ramgtzen. COVID CLOSED DOWN BUFFETS IN Massachusetts and I just checked. Week or two ago, they haven’t reopened their lunch buffet. And they took their friend eggplant appetizer off the menu. Anyway, a Florida bAED VEGETARIAN friend and I went for lunch there in 2019. She loved their veggie Mormons and I was less than impressed. IIRC it was too much spinach for my taste. If you ever come to the Boston. Ordered a La carte if you have to, you can be the tie breaking vote.
Good to know and always looking for a great recommendations... Really sad to hear that the buffets have been opened up but glad to hear that they are up and running 🙂

Still it is too difficult to be a vegetarian as your food choices are way too limited. You mentioned being so hot in Seattle. Is Seattle hot in February or March 2023 ?
I am a meat eater but that doesn't mean that I don't like this type of food. I've been to Indian restaurants before and the food was always delicious 😋 The service in that restaurant was awesome 👌
Everything is perfect except they could have had small cups for the chutney's n rice so many items kind of makes the thali a little messy. I am sure the taste must be lip smacking.
Oh, I think that does merit an explanation.. but unfortunately it's nothing that interesting. There's a Coca-Cola shop in Las Vegas where they were having a sale... The shirts come in all different languages and I thought that would be kind of fun... Plus I don't like to spend too much money on clothes nor spend time shopping 😉
I guess I didn't really show this in the video, but they come around with different stuff from time to time. So you just take what you like and you can wait to see what else they bring out... I wasn't sure at the beginning and just took everything they offered 😁
not sure if it's a cultural difference, but this seems overbearing. Having a "do not disturb" sign would save you from anxiety and them from running around so so much. cool to see the unique experience!
This buffet style is absolutely morally wrong They bring varieties of food and by the law , if you dont consume it , they should to throw it Unlike traditional buffet , you pick up only the amount that you are feeling to eat.
I've never thought about it this way.. it reminds me of something called Padang in Indonesia. It's a style where they serve you numerous plates and dishes of food at your table, sometimes 20 or 30, and I've always wondered what do they do with the leftovers...

In India, thin savoury lassi is referred to as “buttermilk”. Lassis are the thick sweet versions.

Indian thalis were sold between 7 to 10 $ in 2011 , is now selling at 25 $ goodness heaven
Inflation. I used to eat a full buffet for 7 dollars and change in 1995....We recently purchased fresh pretzels and they cost 7 dollars each.
