I highly recommend below Indian restaurants: 1) Zaika (Downtown Seattle) 2) Saffron Spice (Seattle) 3) Rajdhani (veg) famous for Thalis (Issaquah) 4) Nirmal’s (Downtown Seattle)

FYI, not sure if you know - Interlaken is a town in Switzerland, it lies between two lakes, and it's extremely close to a place that inspired JRR Tolkien when he was bringing Rivendell to life (called Lauterbrunen). Also close to Jungfraujoch Railway, famous for being carved through a mountain and leading to the top of it. If you've been to Interlaken park and enjoyed it - definitely plan a journet to Switzerland. You'd be completely smashed by it's beauty :)
Yes!!! It's always upma. I love upma. So many varieties and South Indians are champions for upma making. Karnataka, Andhra, tamilnadu upma are so tasty
