    I tried your method 1 yesterday and it really work. This was the first time I got a very nice stiffed whip cream. I X4 the recipe.

    Thank you so much!. I recently had a problem with my whipped cream melting!. I was trying to figure out how to stabilize it. This video really helped. I feel like the powder milk method came out more stable. I will be using this method for my recipes!.

    When i opened pack of cream it was thick but after beating it became thin...now I'll try one of these methods next time.IN SHA ALLAH.

    I tried the one with the gelatin and I should say it's amazingly stable!! when I placed the gelatin mixture it immediately became stiff!! I also tried the cheesecake recipe and it's also stable and delicious! But I prefer the gelatin coz it's much cheaper haha! Now I already have a go-to icing recipe! thanks for sharing! 😊♥️ new subscriber here!

      Cream cheese won't yeild as much stability as gelatin. Need to try both the milk powder and corn starch methods.

      @@Eclipse581 Hi! I tried to leave it at room temperature for about 8 hours and here in our country the weather is hot. But the whipped cream stayed strong! Of course except if it's really too hot like about 40° and if your cake is outside under the sun well that I still haven't tried yet. 😊

    Hey! Chantilly frosting has cream cheese in it… do i need to further add cornstarch to stabilize it?
    I have tried cornstarch in normal whipped cream frosting, and it worked out perfectly.

    Hello, I heard that if we use whipping cream as frosting for cake it Will slowly melt as the frosting were in room temperature... Is this method can make the frosting really stable after few hours?

    Thanks for showing other then pudding mix method... that's the 5th way of stabilize the cream! My problem with that is it gives an yellow tint to the cream!

    After so many trials my 1st comment.....O found it useful......I have used so many but ii will try these too.....may i know that I cut cake into half and put kosam cream instead of sugar suruh and whipping cream too but it was slippery what to do to keep the cake 3 steps to stand straight

    You can also make custard like cream or cook a little bit of starch and add that to the cream. Cooked starch taste much better than uncooked raw starch.

    Do you think i can add cornstarch to my chantilly cream whisking? Because my diplomat cream was not holding in the fridge and I don't want to use gelatin so I thought i could add cornstarch to my Chantilly cream and them add it ?would that still work?
