Gelatine if you’re going to use the cream straight after it’s whipped (you can’t put gelatine cream into the fridge or else the gelatine gonna set and you don’t want that). Don’t use starches like corn flour, taste is just no xd Mascarpone if it’s cheap where you are or you’re rich enough to buy it 😂 (just add mascarpone to nearly stiff peaks and whip on high for like 3 seconds).

I think you should refrigerate the whipped cream for at least 30 mins first before using it for decoration. You could try using whipped cream instead of whipping powder too and see it that works better.

No you can not replace gelatin with aggar agar,also you can use heavy cream of your choice just make sure its cold but there should not be any ice crystals.

Use buttercream instead, and if you want a less sweet buttercream try Swiss or Italian Meriange. If neither of these work just use American Buttercream with some shortening instead of butter.
