      Gelatine if you’re going to use the cream straight after it’s whipped (you can’t put gelatine cream into the fridge or else the gelatine gonna set and you don’t want that). Don’t use starches like corn flour, taste is just no xd
      Mascarpone if it’s cheap where you are or you’re rich enough to buy it 😂 (just add mascarpone to nearly stiff peaks and whip on high for like 3 seconds).

    Hi mam, pls reply for my doubt.
    I added icing sugar and gelatin as per 4th method, for whipping cream, I mixed whipping powder with cold milk. I got stiff peaks, but it melted as soon as started decorating. What wrong i did

      I think you should refrigerate the whipped cream for at least 30 mins first before using it for decoration. You could try using whipped cream instead of whipping powder too and see it that works better.

    Hi. Can i ask for clarification if what kind of whip cream had you used to these 4 methods? Because their are non dairy whip cream and dairy whip cream. Can i use both types of these whip cream? And by the way, someone asked how if the whip cream is already sweet? Can we still add icing powder just like in toir videos? If not anymore coz the cream will become more sweet, what can i use as substitute to icing powder? We are after with the stability of the cream so if i will just remove the icing powder and no substitute at all, the stabilty of the cream may be affected right maam or sir? Hope u will answer. its a kinda of great help to me as a beginner and thirst of ideas. Thansk

    Hi 1/2cup in grams pls and how much ml is your whipping cream ?? And do you freeze your bowl and beater whisk before whipping ?? Need to store whipping cream in freezer or refrigerator

      Hello☺The measuring cup I used,1/2cup=125ml and I didn't freeze the bowl and beater whisk. Store whipping cream in freezer if you want to store for more than 3days.

      Different whipping cream requires different storing process,1/2 cup is cream is enough to cover 6 inch cake but but may need more depending on design.

      It can so add less and increase to get desired peak formation. Like one carton of heavy cream but only 3Ts of starch. Very brand of heavy cream is diff so its a try and see what actually taste the best

      No you can not replace gelatin with aggar agar,also you can use heavy cream of your choice just make sure its cold but there should not be any ice crystals.

      After decorating keep in the fridge,once it sets in refrigerator it holds shape for 3 to 4 hours in room temperature

    Please let me know once we whip the cream how long we need to keep in refrigerator before we start icing cos normally when I start the icing the cream will be stable but after some 5 to 10 min when I start doing the actual pattern it starts melting n design won't be as expected so please reply

    When i use whipped cream to fill cakes, they tend to seep out and there won't be any filling in the middle.
    How would i fix this

      Use buttercream instead, and if you want a less sweet buttercream try Swiss or Italian Meriange. If neither of these work just use American Buttercream with some shortening instead of butter.
