IMO, after 3 days of this trial with EDB , it seems the prosecutors either lack preparation or don’t believe it is worth the effort to prosecute . Their time line is so confusing. However , the defense is doing a wonderful job poking holes and creating doubt . I will have a hard time remaining objective .
Same same.
I am guessing Karen was frantic because she couldn’t figure out why he was in the snow other than maybe she had unknowingly hit him when she was leaving - her brain could not figure out why he was on the ground - so was indeed in full blown panic mode. Not because that happened - but because her brain couldn’t think of any other solution.
I had that suspicion at first, and it really solidified it more for me when one of the EMTs said he thought she was asking could I have hit him in her line of hysterics. The more people that can give detail on what they saw and heard that morning will hopefully clarify things for the case, but I’m really wondering if what she was doing when saying all of this was more of her brain parsing through what could have happened and her relaying that process verbally, as opposed to an admission. I don’t think either way from the amount of “i think she must’ve meant this” from witnesses is enough to hang the prosecution’s hat on, so I guess we’ll see what else they can bring to the table to prove intentionality on her behalf.
I’m glad I’m not a juror….i would want to know how they can find broken tail light pieces a week after the incident but so far I’m not hearing that they also found his shoe….i would also like to know why the bush was removed on the property which was next to his body….im just picking up reasonable doubt but I wonder if the 2 ladies that were with Karen on that morning when Karen was hysterical, are going to be called as witnesses…..surely they can confirm if Karen cried out “I hit him” …also if it is known that he was dropped off to go to the party at the house, why has that not been investigated? Or has it and we haven’t heard about it yet? Sooooo many questions. IMO so far, it screams reasonable doubt to me. So awful for the family 😢
Thanks for the summary! It's nice to come back after watching the day's testimony piecemeal and have a succinct outline to put it back in context.
actually needed this refresher. to tired this morning....thanks!
Thank you for the update. Very interesting about what the emergency team heard.
I can’t wait for the ME to testify. I want to know if he had injuries consistent with being hit by a car.
Thank you, got lost in the repetitive question and the flashy lights...❤
Been looking for this third day summary for a few days now! Knew you had a clip channel and the first 2 just came up on my feed, but not the next. Couldn't find this on your regular channel, but you mentioned it today in the trial coverage, that I finally caught live, so here I am. Subscribed, so I won't miss the next ones!
The nearest police officer said, "Get Goode down here." ❤
Thank you for these updates. I had appts all day 😔
Love these summaries but LOVE (obsessed actually) with your commentary during court; Court TV better watch out! I’m from Nashville btw (in Madison area AND was in Eklipse Winter guard for several years ‘back in the day).
We wouldn’t be on the same witness and would be further along if we didn’t beat around the bush haha😅 so glad I found you!!!! ❤❤❤
Ive seen so many rumours about so many involved in the trial its hard to know if any of it is true but curious.
Thank you,
Where is day 4????? I neeeed it!
Blizzard...why didn't he have a coat?
This case is so bizarre
I know i mentioned the courtroom being very small and crowded but do we know why they asked to move to this courtroom? 🤔
The prosecution is SO slow, quiet meandering, and confusing that I can't really watch. I might just have to keep up through quick bites until it gets better.
Was that his hoodie?
Replay crew 😊

Why would all these paramedics lie? The more the defense lawyer is going at the paramedics, the more I’m believing the paramedics.
They may not be lying. They may just be wrong or you can hear different things depending on where you are etc. I personally think that the inconsistencies mean that those parts of the testimony are unreliable.
Honestly I respect the lawyer for doing their job but at some point it felt like they did their best trying to save a life and they are being harass got doing their job
I don’t think they are trying to prove anybody lied per se. I think they’re just trying to discount what they’re saying under oath is fact, when in reality it does seem like a lot of what happened specifically involving Karen’s part was up to interpretation. I am interested to see law enforcement witnesses honestly. At the end of the day, i think the EMTs WERE just doing their job as far as life saving measures, but they are receiving smoke about saying “i heard Karen say this” when (so far) it seems they had other things going on that don’t make them the “key witnesses” in this case that the prosecution is making them out to be in order to implicate Karen
