    For those that want to do the workout..
    1. Superset: 3 rounds
    -Hammer curls 20 reps
    -Push downs 20 reps
    2. Superset: 3 rounds
    -Bench supported bicep curl 15 reps
    -Dual rope extensions 15 reps
    3. Superset: 3 rounds
    -Elevated dumbbell extension
    -Elevated to the side dumbbell curls
    4. Superset: 2 rounds
    -Standing barbell curls 15 reps
    -Wide grip Band curls 15 reps
    -Bench diamond pushups 15 reps
    -Band tricep extensions

      But dad doesn't sound as ancient as the term father. Father seems 1940s but dad could be varied from any age. Big brother are more senseless and annoying while Dad is something you look up to and/ or admire. I'm sticking with Dad. Just saying

    I’ve been watching your videos recently. I’m so thankful for finding your channel. The concoction bowl is amazing.     Really enjoy John's videos and advice. Cant lie, it was a bit spooky for me seeing more of the Mountain Dog's videos after his recent passing. It just takes time I guess to forget he's gone and appreciate the great ideas he is sharing.

    Hey John ! Just wanted to let you know that you inspired me I’m so many ways ! You taught me so much through your content " especially how to perform proper movement and practice safety " I actually created RUclips channel to provide some of the information that you taught me (to those on a small let scale)
    I’m still learning and still discovering

    Just took my non-stim Vaso Blast. I. Am. READY! Also, I have the same issue with one arm sleeve creeping up and the other not. I attribute it to frequency of use.

    The double rope push downs really cramps up the triceps at full contraction. Also love the posing tips.

    Got done with bis an hour ago , 18" being 61 I'm happy with that and I measured 4 times.

      Have gained 3/4" in 9 months since incorporating Coach John's workouts and nutrition. From 16 1/4 to 17" cold. On a good day I can get 18 1/8 pumped at 68 years old. You CAN ABSOLUTELY gain muscle in your 60's if you follow Coach "Two More" Meadows. And today is back and arms day!!

      @@ricks1502If I stuck to working out like i have in the last 2 years all my life i might have been a little bigger but at 5'10 210lbs I'm more then happy. The main goal is do it until you die . Because if you ever stop it doesn't matter what you....Use to do.

    John, possible to do some posing routines with explaining how and how to enlarge muscles during posing?
    Like how to pull out the lats wide and deep, how high should your elbows and shoulders be during double biceps etc

    I do t believe in extending all the way out on any supinated grip exercises, but other than that this is great work, great tutorials.

    When I was starting out in the early nineties I'm just a weightlifter and not a bodybuilder but everybody was always talkin about this overtraining I don't think that's totally true maybe to a degree but I do John's workouts and I see some nice results

    Great vid. .but all of yours are.. Could you give some advise to an old guy.. I'm turning 67 in a couple weeks. I only workout every other day.
    I only do biceps and triceps the first day then skip a day chest and some back , skip a day then chest again skip a day hen back to arms.. No legs. .Hip a knees are shot..
    My question is on arms.. I start out with 4 sets of 10 dumb bell curls @ 35 lbs , then go to easy curl bar 4 sets of 7 to 10 @ 95 lbs , 4 sets of 10 hammer curls @ 45 lbs , then 4 sets of 8 to 10 curls on preacher bench @ 70lbs then 3 set 6 to 8 of concentration curls of my knee with dumb bells a@ 35 lbs . Triceps are 4 to 5 sets of dips 10 to 12 reps, push downs with cable machine 140 lbs and 4 to 5 sets of close arm push ups... I was told this i to much and will break down my arms.. Does this sound ok to you?

    I noticed once I get through chest work I get a sharp pain in my right shoulder and it only happens after a chest workout on a bench
