Dear Dr. Mike, I wanna start off by saying I am not a bodybuilder. I am just a mere peasant trying to be fit. Nice to see you guys address erector thickness as opposed to just lats. This is why guys who deadlift always have the thickest erectors. These flexion rows basically mimic a heavy deadlift with some flexion while not giving near as much systemic or axial fatigue. Well... The pro card isn't for everyone. You need to tolerate what the drying will do to your body - and it'll suck - and you kinda need to be genetically very good in the exactly right places.
