This type of tutorial is awesome. Instead of listening to a pro thats done the trick for years. You get to watch the process of someone who doesn't know the trick, learn it. And see all the progression and steps into learning the trick.
Kinda jealous of how you got to learn them at woodward with all the progression steps I had to learn it by building a super small kicker and just sending it, like theses types of videos hope to see more
i'm sure most cites or a near by one, has a gymnastics place for the foam pits and blocks and maybe trampolines. that's the most important step probably.
Andrew Subola No. Not everyone lives in america. Where I live, There is one close trampoline place And it costs like 600$ for one day (u have to rent the whole place) And if I dont go there, the closest one is 5~ hours away
Maybe the trick is easy but the risk is pretty high if you aren't confident in what you need to do. I meant more like a step up from the more beginner progression videos Kevin did with Gill and Doug.
I’ve been snowboarding since the 80s. This is easily one of the best snowboard tutorials I’ve watched online, and I’ve watched a lot. Great advice, proper breakdowns and concise explanations, pro filming and editing, good tunes, great vibe, authentic, non-cheesy, non-wannabe, engaging and steezy! Great job guys, liked, subbed and shared! Greetings from Scotland! 🏴🍻🌀🤍💙🧗🏻♂️❄️🏂
I went to copper a few years ago for BMX and man, this video is really bringing back some memories. Makes me want to go back! Except for snowboarding this time!
At 8:48 i was so nervous for you. wow impressive to try this for 1st time on hard landing snow after the soft play... great video. I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT trick at 44 ... but good to know how its done.
I love this trick! It’s something ever free style rider should learn. You can bust it out almost anywhere. I didn’t have a trampoline to learn on so I did them off the knuckle of a kicker after a good snow fall. Its one of the tricks that definitely require Full Send! But once you get comfortable doing them, it’s easy. 🤙🤙🤙
Great video! Really helps to understand every aspect of the movements one has to perform and I also like the personal experience recap a lot! Keep that up, great job!!
Awesome, great indepth tutorial on how to get that tamedag nailed down. Great to see the process of you guys progressing as well...One of the best vids TJ's done so far.
I really appreciate how you went into detail on what part of the technique works for you. Last weekend was the end of my season at Copper. I'll be taking this advice to the terrain park next season!
Nice job! A good progression after you learn tamedogs is to just drop your back shoulder behind you and you tuck and it falls into a nollie bs rodeo! Super fun trick to throw off knuckles or jobs and looks sick too!
Years ago I was doing these off kicker and doing them great until one run I hit knuckle and bounced all the way to flat missing the landing on my head. Got a concussion. I’ve Also snapped 2 boards from front flips. Haven’t done them as much due to those reasons but it’s a super fun trick!
Agree with many of the others. prob best vid to date, esp from the pov of learning from scratch and going thru each progressive step. well in dude, and that double wildcat is super steezy
One of the best tutorials ive ever seen!! I gotta do a tamedog thanks for the tips guys!!! 👍🙏👌😁 What is the song that you guys use for this video. Its so good please help thanks guys!
Awesome video. Everyone when learning turns a little and lands on toes it's like cheating to get around when the jumps are tiny. Think ur leaving a little too early on the jump too but I usually do this off super tiny jump so I need max spring and lift. When Jump is tiny I usually always land a little on toe edge cuz it's easier to get around to ride away. Another great video. I'd love to get some time on those roller boards to learn to wildcat and really get my spins and grab game on point.
So awesome to see the progression on the snow and seeing the fuck ups. Not because I enjoy seeing you fall, but because seeing you learn it like, has the viewer cheering for your eventual success.
been trying this trick kinda randomly over the past years and never quite nailed it and landed on my back many times :D been trying this on the tramp after watching this and cant wait to finally nail it this season (hopefully) :D
Nicely done TJ! I really wanted you to land that first time on the snow! Well done for doing the trick! Are you going to teach Kevin and Chris how to Tamedog now? Please video that! Thanks to your awesome review on the Funslinger I just bought one in the end of season sale, I can't wait to try it out! Keep up the good work! Happy Shredding brother!
Nice. I used to do a side sault on the ground (no snowboard). It looks just like this. The only problem is that if I did it on a snowboard, I would be doing it switch.
I would love a trick tip on how to do a barrel roll front flip. I dislocated my shoulder in the backcountry trying to pull one off... I wasn't able to either get the 180 to align me with the steep slope I was landing on, nor was I able to tilt forward to adjust properly.
This type of tutorial is awesome. Instead of listening to a pro thats done the trick for years. You get to watch the process of someone who doesn't know the trick, learn it. And see all the progression and steps into learning the trick.
^ this
Ya
this vid helped me a lot thumbs up
what we need for every trick
true, watching videos like this gets me the confidence that I can learn these tricks.
Awesome! Why am I watching this though, I can't even 180 D:
@Matthew Westbrook Hell, I'm still working on my turns so in time this'll be helpful for me :)
Same I can 180 but that’s it haha. But I just switched to boarding this year
I can 180 I just can’t land and ride switch 😅🤣

Chris Davis I learned mine on flat ground
Chris Davis he did a backflip if u look at it slowly
SEND IT!
Awesome video. It would be great to have more actual progression videos like this, except maybe with more intermediate tricks/skills.
Fire Rose I think this is pretty intermediate..
this trick is really easy especially on a nice powder day
hddd it's definatly intermediate but not really hard u just need a set of balls
Maybe the trick is easy but the risk is pretty high if you aren't confident in what you need to do. I meant more like a step up from the more beginner progression videos Kevin did with Gill and Doug.
theres almost no risk considering you can do this on a bump or off a cat track. I could tamedog consistently before i could 3 consistently
This is the best video PSC has released yet. We need more like this!
Landed my first one today at copper after many tries. Felt so good 👌 thanks guys
Great tutorial! Andy is brilliant even at a quick recap. Better than most trick tips.
Good job bro!!
I really enjoy this style of tutorial, seeing someone learn it from beginning to send is super motivating.

Andy is rad. He helped me a lot when my girlfriend and I spent a session at Woodward Copper.
We need to go back there for 17/18 season prep.
One of the best videos yet...
Congrats on the Tame Dog homie!
Yo I love your videos
dude wrong sport tf
mad respect for being so courageous to try it. I really like it that you show the preparation and finally doing the trick in the snow! Thumbs up, man!
Dude absolutely rips! Really like the breakdown of the fundamentals.
I went to copper a few years ago for BMX and man, this video is really bringing back some memories. Makes me want to go back! Except for snowboarding this time!
Best tutorial i have seen from you guys. Nice double wild cat Andy!
Joshua Schaffer yeah indeed that vid is sick
wish he landed it! Buddy acted like he did
I like the girl in the hand cast at 3:50. Very inspirational for throwing myself down the side of a mountain. Thumbs up!
finally more advanced trick tips
The Scarlet Manuka I landed it first try it isnt difficult
At 8:48 i was so nervous for you. wow impressive to try this for 1st time on hard landing snow after the soft play... great video. I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT trick at 44 ... but good to know how its done.
haha, thanks!
I really like this style of tutorial, gives a lot of confidence I could do it too. Thanks guys!
I would never come close to trying this but it was such a good vid.
I love this trick! It’s something ever free style rider should learn. You can bust it out almost anywhere. I think this will help me a lot. I have only been snowboarding for two years, but I have done gymnastics so I think I will be able to do it. 👌
I can only land tamedogs and wildcats into an airbag
but I haven't tried this yet because I'm watching at ummmmmm 2 am lol
So chill, yet so inspiring
Great to see that it takes a lot of dedication, focus and training to make it look easy ;) Great video guys!
Great video! Really helps to understand every aspect of the movements one has to perform and I also like the personal experience recap a lot! Keep that up, great job!!
Waited for this video for so long hopefully I can conquer this one.
Awesome, great indepth tutorial on how to get that tamedag nailed down. Great to see the process of you guys progressing as well...One of the best vids TJ's done so far.
Thanks David!
the trick is impressive BUT the best thing: TJ's socks ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome work TJ! Andy's double wildcat was sick. I am loving these videos keep them coming Snowboard Pro Camp
This video was so awesome. Can we please get more trick progression videos where you go from the trampoline centre to the terrain park.
I won't try this, but I enjoyed watching you do it. Thanks for posting.
That was Andy's first double wild? Man, he made it look like he does it on the daily. Sick progression vid, TJ. More, please!
Thanks man, yea it was awesome to see go down. He landed it his second try!
That's insane.
That's sick. There it is again. No mo

TJ that last one you did was ruthless!
One of the best tutorial videos I've watched, good job TJ!

That is my goal this winter, tamedog . That was awesome!
Wow! Amazing! That evolution from 0 to everything is insane!
Wish I had a place to practice like that, I just have to send it and hope for the best.
Awesome video. The best tutorial I've seen! Nicely done bro.
That's the one trick I really want to learn one day - thanks for posting! Andy absolutely threw down on that huge wildcat!!!
Can you do one on the wildcat
Sick edge of the world sticker on the lid, much love from NC
Always try it on little jumps first. The air times helps a lot when learning to rotate
Im more impressed by the Woodward Copper. It is really cool. they even have roller board. I dont even knew it existed
can you do dub cork 12s next?
lol, great video guys.
Great video, showing progression from scratch is so helpful
amazing!!!!! seems like a beautiful place for me to do a trip next season, thanks for sharing!
I LOVE Copper Mountain! Great video, TJ.
Thanks Tim!
Awesome video. This trick is on my bucket list. Hoping to get the balls to try it this year.
The tame dog is really different if you carefully look at the gray guy he moves so smoothly !
I wish I had same trampoline center near by!
So ready for this season!!
I really appreciate how you went into detail on what part of the technique works for you. Last weekend was the end of my season at Copper. I'll be taking this advice to the terrain park next season!
Sick video I just landed my first backflip on my channel finally now I gotta learn this
That was such an awesome video to watch, subscribed! I wish I had a facility like woodward close to home.
Nice job! A good progression after you learn tamedogs is to just drop your back shoulder behind you and you tuck and it falls into a nollie bs rodeo! Super fun trick to throw off knuckles or jobs and looks sick too!
I’m excited to start the season
def like how you showed the hole progression! very good video. Congrats on the tamedog bro!!!
Years ago I was doing these off kicker and doing them great until one run I hit knuckle and bounced all the way to flat missing the landing on my head. Got a concussion. I’ve Also snapped 2 boards from front flips. Haven’t done them as much due to those reasons but it’s a super fun trick!
PLEASE do more of these!
Amazing tutorial, thanks a lot guys.
Nice congrats! I wish there was a skatepark like that at NYC
just watched it and yes I'm gonna try it next session! thank you!!!!
Awesome... my heart was bouncing while watching this video.. really great!!!
Wish I had the trampolines like this so I could learn more tricks but yesterday I sent a tamedog and landed it so I’m pretty happy
Awesome tj. Taking the tutorials to another level! Keep em rolling
Agree with many of the others. prob best vid to date, esp from the pov of learning from scratch and going thru each progressive step. well in dude, and that double wildcat is super steezy
This video was great! For sure need more videos showing the progression like this!

Please more advanced stuff! This was awesome!!!!

Awesome video. Everyone when learning turns a little and lands on toes it's like cheating to get around when the jumps are tiny. this place looks awesome and nice tutorial
So awesome to see the progression on the snow and seeing the fuck ups. Not because I enjoy seeing you fall, but because seeing you learn it like, has the viewer cheering for your eventual success.
Thanks man, i'm glad you liked the video!
Quality watching that vid. Andy with the double flip mind 😮
sick vid, this was really well done. i appreciate the amount of training you did to prepare for that trick. great job!
Not everyone has an access to the foam pit gym with special personal trainer.:/ I had to learn this trick on the slopes.
Yes! Finally a flip tutorial!
love copper! worked 3 years out there.
Nice! You made it look easy to learn, amazing
Thanks for the video, I will try one tomorrow!
been trying this trick kinda randomly over the past years and never quite nailed it and landed on my back many times :D been trying this on the tramp after watching this and cant wait to finally nail it this season (hopefully) :D
Did you nail it?
@@akoskalmar5732 I'm at a stage when I can land about 5/10 tries clean. Progress is there 😁
Excellent video, would be nice to have a video were there are no such things as foam pools and learning like mortals
This video is top notch, thanks fellas! 👏🏻
Do this style of trick progression again for grabs
sickkk do another one with wildcats please
Absolutely fantastic video!
So fooking hype to watch a boarder learn a new trick, but seeing that double wildcat was absolutely nuts. Jesus
What about the involuntary tame dog?
misterfunnybones jerryoftheday?
Lol, done a couple of those!
misterfunnybones its called falling
Lmao once when I was little I accidentally landed a wildcat
ah yes often executed in the powder
Nice. I used to do a side sault on the ground (no snowboard). It looks just like this. The only problem is that if I did it on a snowboard, I would be doing it switch.
Love you TJ make your own channel!!
I'm gonna start posting some highlight videos similar to what I post on instagram and more, soon!
I would love a trick tip on how to do a barrel roll front flip. I dislocated my shoulder in the backcountry trying to pull one off... I wasn't able to either get the 180 to align me with the steep slope I was landing on, nor was I able to tilt forward to adjust properly.
Such a dope progression video
love this style of vids, keep it up!
Why am i watching this? I've only just learnt to link turns 🙈
Sick vid man. Snow season is almost here.... !!!
