Ingredients
Coriander Seeds-30gm(3 1/2 tbsp)
Kashmiri Chilli-20gm( approximately 15 no)
Chilli-30gm(approximately 25no)
Fenugreek seeds-1 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida -30 to 40 gm or 1tbsp
Turmeric powder-3/4tsp
Curry leaves -4 strings
Chana Dal-5tbsp
Urad Dal-3tbsp
Method
Dry roast each ingredient separately ..
When cool down make fine paste
Keep in a tight container ..

Made this around 30 minutes ago, it came awesome .. openly admitting a mistake from my end, my big mixer jars blade came out few days ago, so I was using small mixer jar, so thought of grinding it in batches
1. All the roasted chilles together
2. Roasted Corriander, Kadala paripu, etc
3. Roasted Asafoetida (it turned out to be hard after roasted as told) so when grinding this , it just trashed out of the grinder (since it was hard) then I had to pound it in very tiny pieces (like corriander seeds) and grind, it came well then .. so people kindly take heed of it (all the 1st time doers) since this was my 1st time grinding such powder, wasn't aware of that .. nevertheless, everything came well .. thank you for this wonderful recipe , veena mam . As always you do a great job 👍😊

Hi Veena, your recipes are good and easy to follow. Have you thought about the over usage of your nonstick pans. Not sure why do you have to use nonstick pan for roasting these lentils and masalas and deep frying items. They are easy to use but health concerns. You might be changing it regularly but not sure about your viewers.
