  • The Unique Experience Rating and Review:
    Year: 2011
    Make: Porsche
    Model: Cayenne Turbo
    Pros:
    ⁃ very comfortable
    ⁃ Great performance for the money
    ⁃ Aesthetically pleasing
    Cons:
    ⁃ Depending on age / mileage - little random things will start to go wrong. This is common with any car.
    ⁃ Gas guzzler (large tank and takes premium)
    Modifications:
    ⁃ Lowering links
    ⁃ Window tint
    ⁃ LED side markers
    ⁃ 22” Porsche OE Style wheels
    ⁃ Black Rear Lettering
    Jon’s UE Rating: (Explain each score rating as well for viewers!)
    Resale Value 9/10
    The MSRP on these cars was about $120k new. Now a days, you can get them for a fraction of the price. I personally don’t see the prices of them dropping much more than where they are at today.
    Build Quality 9/10
    The fit and finish of the SUV is very good. Quality leather and the interior has a very elegant feeling to it.
    Maintenance Cost 1/10
    -During ownership not much so far
    Likely you would recommend to own long term: 10/10
    This is our 4th Cayenne and they are overall, great cars. They look great, perform well, and are relatively reliable. If you are hands on person and know how to source parts and install them yourself, you can save a ton of money.

    I have mine for about 5 years now, currently sitting on 155k. It has been super reliable, and currently I'm have been off roading the leaving Sh...t out of it!!! I love every minute I spent on mine!
    P.S. It also broke a Guinnes record by pulling one of the biggest passengers plane 100m completely stock!

    I’m debating on trading in my 2017 Toyota 4Runner. I love the truck but I don’t go off-roading in the area I’m in and I genuinely enjoy sports cars and I need to retain the practicality of an suv

    PDCC or nah? I'm trying to decide between purchasing a Cayenne with higher-than-I'd-like, but has PDCC. Some of the others I see that have lower mileage don't have the PDCC. I just wonder if the PDCC is really that valuable or worth it. I wish I could drive one of each "semi aggressively" around corners and see which one handles better. Or, maybe there's someone on RUclips or the forums that can comment on what the PDCC experience is like compared to when you don't have it.

      Pdcc vs proper aftermarket suspension? Your choice

    • @elcolin_
      @elcolin_ Год назад

      @@Luke-qs2cg I ended up with a 2011 Turbo non-PDCC. Don't know what you mean by proper aftermarket suspension. The air suspension I have is quite nice, I like. Never had that on a vehicle before. Granted, I hear PDCC is pretty good.

      @@elcolin_ for the price most pay for the pdcc, there are aftermarket suspension systems that are much better

    • @elcolin_
      @elcolin_ Год назад

      @@Luke-qs2cg Like what though? Why would I swap my awesome air suspension setup out for some manually adjustable coilovers or something. I'm all ears, I wanna hear what options are out there for us 958 guys. Regardless of suspension setup, we can still all get the Eurowise products like thicker/stronger control arms/toe arms and poly bushings all around

      PDCC is must have feature. I don’t understand why it’s not standard on cayenne

      @@dkuhd1341 Hi! I had it for almost 2 years now and It was a one owner, and the only issue I had was with the transfer case, that's one major common problem but Porsche fixed it for free because they have extended the warranty on the transfer case for 10 years on all Cayennes made from 2011 to 2015, but other than that had no problems with it, But just you keep up with the proper maintenance and it will run good
