DeWALT 20v Inflator REVIEW & TORTURE Test!

- Rarely do I call tools "MUST HAVES", but this is one of them! The DEWALT DCC020IB 20v Cordless inflator will work in a high volume setting good for filling up inflatable pool toys and rafts and also in a high-pressure mode for tires and sports equipment. The high volume setting pumps air at 15.2 SCFM and works very well. The hose can be used to inflate or deflate items. The high-pressure side allows the user to set a target PSI and the tool will inflate to that PSI and automatically turn off. The adjustments in PSI range from 3.0 to 160 PSI and one can adjust the target in 0.5 PSI increments. There is a digital readout on the inflator that tells you the current PSI in whatever it is attached to, so one could also use this as a gauge if the user did not have one.
We Torture Test a DeWalt 20v DCC020IB Cordless Tire Inflator to the max. I put a 15 ah battery on it and test it until something gives. NOTE: The manual says that this should not be ran more than 10 minutes at once with 20 minute breaks in between. Run longer at your own risk.

Very helpful. I'm (also) in Alberta, Canada, 🇨🇦, and I'm looking at the Dewalt for my RV's tires and air bags. The tires' recommended pressures are 66 psi, and the air bags' are
Yep, I have full confidence that this will be what you need. I own over 50 dewalt cordless battery tools and this is one of my favorite. I know two other people who have one who say they love it too. If you buy it on Amazon, please click my link in the description, it would help me out. Thanks!
Great video. Thank you. I've got the older model that doesn't fit with a 5amp battery, but works fine. It's one Dewalt tool that I didn't know how often I would actually use it, but it's an awesome unit. I've had it almost 4 years and I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada then spend 5 months per year on a farm. That unit has paid for itself 50 times over and has done more than I ever expected.
I will be checking out the rest of your Dewalt reviews... always looking for the next 20v XR necessity. 😆
Cool, I was up in Edmonton twice last summer. Loved it! Was rooting for the oilers...bummer. Yes, I didn't know how much I'd use it too! I feel better having it with me in the trunk too. I know what you mean on your next power tool purchase. I just purchased the dewalt 60v 18" chainsaw about 20 minutes ago 😬. Interesting to see how it does vs gas.
youre crazy ! surprised that tire didnt explode lol. im trying to inflate my RV tires to 125psi, they are currently at 102 and it takes forever to get them to 125psi on battery power. at least i know now that they will eventually get there.
I'd rather the term curious. 😆. The manual does say to run it for only 10 or 20 minutes I think at a time. I read that afterwards. Oh well, I still would have done this test
Great review, just placed an order for one from Amazon, and used the link in your page!
I got one coming in the mail. Good to know its a good one. 👍
Yup, you'll be very pleased with it! 👍🏼
Where do I find your Amazon link?
I believe it's the the description. Thanks for using them!
? - Can a Dewalt 20V XR battery be used rather than the Dewalt 20V MAX? with this tire inflator?
Yes all DeWalt 20v or "flexvolt" batteries can be used on this.
@@HandymanHertz TY!!!!! Buying it on Amazon based on your review~~~

Manual instructions is saying, safe running time, up to 10min 😂
