    Excellent work. Paint job of this caliber is at least $8000 in a body shop.

    Could definitely see the difference the yellow pad made with clarity--hard to see the swirls but after the yellow pad it looked much deeper. Beautiful color--man does it look great in the sun!! Great job thanks for sharing!

    Great job. Keep up the great work. I do detailing and I use Rupes polishers, pads, and numerous compounds and polishes (i.e., Sonax Perfect Finish, Jescar Correcting Compound; Rupes Yellow Polish and UnoPure; and Menzerna 400 compound, 800 polish).

    Sonax Perfect Finish is a diminishing abrasive, you may get better results by doing more than 2 passes. From the video, it looks great.

    Great job on all the work you did. Whats the name of candy and base that color is hard? Did you consider ceramic coating the car yourself?

    • @StillStandingGarage
      @StillStandingGarage  7 месяцев назад +2

      Thank you. This isn't a candy. This is Midnight Blue Pearl 🔵🔥💯. I haven't thought of ceramic coating it yet. Thank you for watching 🤝

    Only thing I do different than you is CSI makes a D1 swirl remover and you can do rotary with the red pad (wash out first). Very effective as well.

    • @StillStandingGarage
      @StillStandingGarage  7 месяцев назад +1

      I saw that CSI offered the swirl removal. I was following Adrian's process of cutting and buffing. I'm really happy with the results. Thank you for watching 🤝💯

    Good job. why do u think when I buffed my car u can see cratch markes from the pads?

    • @StillStandingGarage
      @StillStandingGarage  6 месяцев назад

      It could be a number of things. How fresh the paint is, the last grit of sandpaper used, the compound used, and the type of pad used.
