I have finished several of the newer 30 day programs like Burn, Ignite, Transform, Transcend, etc. Coming back to do the older programs which may have been responsible for Sydney's current success and I must say I prefer this series so much more. Such a great mix of so many forms of exercise and the calories burned mentioned does help to motivate me. This series is definitely a killer and I find it much harder than the other later programs I've done so far.
Good stuff - you're one of the only people on the tube doing proper workouts like this! And you're cheerful and engaging, too, so definitely a favourite.

Almost didn't make it but I remembered what you said in your video Sunday: if you can't workout during your usual time, be flexible and work it in another time. I started dinner and worked out while it was cooking. Crushed it with time to spare :) I also liked all the tips you gave on performing each move. This exercise is so nice I had to come back and do it again. This is the most effective arm exercise for me by far and i wikl be doing this at least 3x a week.

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 14 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 25 lbs!!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
