    I have finished several of the newer 30 day programs like Burn, Ignite, Transform, Transcend, etc. Coming back to do the older programs which may have been responsible for Sydney's current success and I must say I prefer this series so much more. Such a great mix of so many forms of exercise and the calories burned mentioned does help to motivate me. This series is definitely a killer and I find it much harder than the other later programs I've done so far.

    I LOVE THESE UPPER BODY VIDEOS! Sydney, your videos have made me so much stronger than I ever imagined possible. For over 6months I went to the gym EVERY single day and I didn’t feel as strong physically or mentally as I have with your videos in the past few months!       Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 14 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 25 lbs!!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    I'm always telling my boyfriend how I want to accomplish the full push- up! I've definitely have come a long way since December, but not quite there yet and this is the perfect way to finish it off. I definitely have became stronger with your workouts! Thanks Sydney! 🥰🏋️‍♀️💪

    Hi Sydney, I found you on you tube last week and have started doing your programmes each day. I'm 57 years old and live in Newquay, Cornwall, UK. I love your workouts, never done HIIT before, normally I do step workouts and fitball. This is a whole new challenge for me and I am loving it. I love that you are an extremely engaging instructor, even though you cannot see us and I can keep at your pace quiet comfortably. Look forward to my next workout. #crushedit

    I've been stalking your channel for weeks. Today was my 1st workout and my arms are like noodles. I am looking forward to the challenge and finishing up the Summertime Fine playlist. Starting at 223 lbs as of today. Cant wait to see where I am at the end of the challenge.

    Almost didn't make it but I remembered what you said in your video Sunday: if you can't workout during your usual time, be flexible and work it in another time. I started dinner and worked out while it was cooking. Crushed it with time to spare :) I also liked all the tips you gave on performing each move. Really helped especially with the shoulder exercises. Thanks bunches!!

    This exercise is so nice I had to come back and do it again. This is the most effective arm exercise for me by far and i wikl be doing this at least 3x a week.

    Love it! Can someone explain these 10,000 calorie challenges I've seen fitness RUclipsrs doing? How are they eating this much, even if it's only a day, and not getting really bloated or messing with their metabolism? Is doing this occasionally a good thing? I just don't get it.
