It's worthwhile keeping a cheap universal classic car wiring harness in stock. That way, when you get a rats nest of wiring, like on this truck, you can quite quickly replace the critical wires. I don’t know if everything would be a package or individually ordered, but my 68 gmc c15 has the same rear suspension set up minus the added coil springs on yours. The diff looks the same as the Dana 44 in mine as do the leaf springs and u-bolt set up. I just had to replace the u-bolts in mine and they are also 2inches wide. I didn’t find anyone including LMC that listed the correct u-bolts or even leaf springs as an option on a half ton 2 wheel drive. I’m wondering if it was part of a factory/dealer option because mine is a half ton but has the Dana 44, leaf springs, and the HD carrier bearing that was apparently used through 1-ton trucks. Every other half ton I’ve seen has the coil spring trailing arm setup, I’d appreciate any additional info if anyone has any

Can't wait to finish watching this! Currently on the road with the wife and granddaughters out west. Washington and Oregon have tons of cars just waiting to be put back to use! Love the episodes, keep them coming
If you do find a car out there, they want top buck. They know what they got, know what I mean.
@@SpaceInTime1885 .. it's like that in iowa and nebraska as well. I don't mind paying top dollar, but not for something with half a frame and no floors!
great video Dalton. thanks for sharing.
That truck seems to run remarkably well and it's going to a good home
Got the tank tops and the Richardson hat! Going out in style!
I wish everyone had the ingenuity to take 2 bad things and make one good one, that is a dying art. You never fail to entertain with the sarcastic wit we appreciate!
One of the top channels on YT. Freaking so much fun.
"I'd drive the hell outta this thing."well we made it back" great video Dalton and JD
I just joined the low buck club too. Talk about a lot of bang for my buck!!
Sorry if I missed it, but if that truck was actually a GMC, that would explain the diff and leaf springs.
