Hi Christine, please don’t stop doing these videos as I find them very interesting and encouraging. I do local village markets and they’re not always good, so you have to take the good with the bad. I’ve learnt so much from your sewing tutorials and I also try to get fabric that would go to landfill but sometimes I do have to buy fabric for lining. My biggest outlay is paying for my table/space which can range from £5-£20 for 2-3 hrs but I try to put a ceiling of £15 and only 20 if it’s a real special event. I’m in the U.K. so it’s difficult to equate Sterling to dollars. Keep up the good work! BTW custom fabric labels are soo expensive here. Gx

I think your videos are fantastic. You are so generous to share your skills, makes and what your earnings. It is so
helpful to people like me, who sew at home and have no confidence even though I'm told I should make to sell. Maybe new year I will give it a go. Thank you

I’m a new follower from the USA. This was very helpful in many ways-I have been collecting fabric samples for decades and have made some bags (not anywhere near as nice as yours), but never sold or even gave any away. My daughter-in-law recently moved in with us from Brazil and she learned to sew from her family’s business. She’s been wanting to do something to help with finances, and now I have an idea of what she might be able to do. I love your tutorials, and appreciate how generously you share your knowledge and experience. Wishing you continued success❤

Thanks so much Suzy, and welcome to the channel. This will be a great way for your daughter in law to contribute, and also get out and meet some new people😁

Oh please, Christine, don't stop. I think it is wonderful that you can show people how they can make some extra money to help out in this economy. I am suppose to be retired (lol) but my pensions just barely cover so I returned to my love of crafting and I can easily match my pension income which makes live a lot easier and I have fun doing it. WIN WIN definitely. As you know I am one of your fans that count the days/hours until you have any video but especially these ones (I like to see how close I can come to guessing (I'm old, lol) Surprised about the towels & card holders but you have so many great products I know you have to plan your time. Haven't heard about the scrunchies lately, lol.
Hope you have a great New Year.😃😀

Thanks Judi. I have to say, if I didn't turn to alterations and selling my products, I'd have had to go find a "real job". It was a real saviour for me financially at the time. I haven't been making scrunchies lately. I just haven't had the time. 😀

I definitely want you to continue with your excellent videos!! I am so excited about this great resource - you are such a good teacher, and so easy to listen to! I have learned so much in the past year since I discovered your RUclips channel, and I am grateful that you are so open-handed with your easy-to-follow instructional content! I have lots of rescued fabric, too, and had tried to figure out what to do with it all - just letting it sit for months (years!!) because I couldn't figure out how to use it. You have helped me get busy and really use it - I am headed to a large craft show on November 2, just about a week and half away now, with over 100 Supermarket shopping bags in a couple of sizes and many cosmetic bags, puppy poo pouches, and Kleenex pouches, among other things! I couldn't be doing this if it weren't for your help - so THANK YOU so much!!

Please continue. Even though I am from South Africa, I convert your amounts, and it helps give me an idea of the point of sale I should use. I love your quarterly sales video just as much as your tutorials. In fact, I've made several of your items for sale. I dont have a shop, but I do enjoy doing markets or online ,but mostly markets. Thank you, and please don't stop. 🇿🇦🌹🥰
