Thank you for sharing your work Christine. Your enthusiasm and simple and down to earth delivery makes sewing and selling accessible for so many of us. Lots of love
This is so useful. I find that, on the whole, bag makers seem to not want to say how much they spent and how much they sell their bags for! So thank you for honest sharing.
I appreciate you sharing this information. I hope I don’t get tired of making the card holders because they’ve saved me at many craft shows. I use quilting cotton and that might be easier to work with than upholstery fabric. I’m going to try the supermarket bags next. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Christine ❤ I'm new to ur channel and I just want to say thank you so much for ur video's. I find them really informative and helpful. I have been looking for this kind of video's for some time now. With God's grace i would like to start my own small business. And u inspire me.Thank you again. Much love ❤️
So enjoy what you share with us, you are so inspiring and generous! And absolutely amazing how you manage to sew all these wonderful items and still video them for us!! We love you!! 😁💕🙋♀
this is incredibly helpful! I'm thinking about starting to sew to sell at my local markets and this tells me what people are interested in and whats worth making!
Christine, thank you again for sharing valuable information to all of us that hand make items and reminding us to keep records so we know the real picture. You and your husband are living what we call the American dream, loving what you do and making a living at it.....
Wow. You’ve sold a bunch! It’s sew impressive how productive you are. And you haven’t mentioned how much time it takes to run this very successful Chanel, but I’m betting your time investment is HUGE! Love your Channel, Christine. Fun, friendly, and I always learn something! To me, that’s a bonus! ❤
Thank you Christine, I do enjoy your sales reports. I am also thinking of trying to combine your supermarket shopping bags with your expandable shoe bags and have the sides fold like the shoe bags to make a larger bag for those wider boxes, etc. Don't know if it would work yet, but would love to hear your thoughts, Hope you are all well, busy time of year here, the summer guests have arrived on the island,
I had to hold off replying to this Judi, as I liked the idea, and just had to try it for myself. I've just done a "hybrid" video for the shoe bags and the shopping bags. 😁
Always good to know that you are still managing to make and sell lots of items, even though the shop is open less hours that in the past. I'm still wanting to make the card holders and as you were showing them, my daughter walked passed behind me, so I had to show them to her and explain what they were for haha. Just thinking - it would be nice to see your Mum pop up in another of your videos. Best wishes from a miserable rainy UK. It's just after 00.15am and voting day later today, 4th of July, in our general election - England is in for a big shock I think 🤨🤐 (in my humble opinion).
You are so right about the quality of the hand towels. Have been checking out terrycloth fabrics but cost wise that is counter intuitive. Thank you for the update.
I also noticed your puppy poo bags didn’t make the top 10. My favorite is the large soft boxy bag. These videos are very interesting. Thank you for sharing.
Always enjoy your sales reports ... and I wish I could sell chapstick keyrings for $10ea. I get told they're too expensive at $5ea but it depends on where my market stall is at anytime. You're going to be so busy restocking everything .... I enjoy every clip you put out ❤
You talk about your sewing journey - I am new and enjoying your vlog very much. But what is your sewing journey on your label? I am sure very interesting and I would very much like to know what your experiences were. Is it possible to share? Thanks for giving such lovely input of you make. I am only at the beginning of my sewing journey. Good luck with everything !
Thanks Christine for sharing I am making some of your products will take some pics when i get a we charger cord for my digital camera for some reason it has disappeared also I am enjoy making some of your products
Miss Christine, possible to make a video on supplies to invest in. For those of us new to bag making and wanting zippers, can you recommend single zips or rolled tape? Black or white? 3 mm or 5 mm. Trying to be a good steward of my finances and, have fun! Thank you! 😊
@@ChristinesHomeAffairs Wonderful thank you. One last question, where have you found the best prices on these items? I often use Amazon for convience. I am sure there are many places. Looking forward to your reply. Have a blessed week!
Thank you very much for sharing. I always enjoy to see how your beautiful products sell. 🤩 What about the puppy poo pouches, they're not in the top 10 this time? I don't feel like making the helping hands either, even though I already have the material. 😖
Good question Bonnie. I used to make all my own clothes, but have been too busy the past few years. As I sew for a living, the last thing I want to do is sew for others for free. I just don't have the time. I do however do alterations for the family when they need it😁
Didn't one of your products knock the shopping bags off the top spot? I thought I remember you saying we were going to be surprised as to what was in the top spot....🤷♀️ I enjoy these videos
If you enjoyed this video & feel like giving something back to the channel, you can do that here..... www.buymeacoffee.com/stitchthisr

This is so useful. I find that, on the whole, bag makers seem to not want to say how much they spent and how much they sell their bags for! So thank you for honest sharing.
I'm guilty of having been one of those in the past as well. If it helps others to make a business, I'm happy to share😁
I always love to watch your Top 10 sellers episodes. Thanks for your sharing.
My pleasure! Thank you😁

I'm so glad they're a good seller Susan. They are here too, I just get bored😁

Good luck with your markets Kristy😀
Thanks Christine. Your transparency is refreshing. I'll never open a shop, but I still find your business interesting.
Thanks Dannie. I wish I had time to do markets, as those sales would be very interesting too😁
I so appreciate your openness about your business -- and it's always good to see the top products. Thanks again!
My pleasure Lori. Thank you😁

Thanks Cyn. I spend most evenings editing and commenting on videos, and three to four days a week creating and filming😁

I'm away at mum's this week, but she wasn't in the mood. Perhaps next time Lesley😁
Thanks for sharing

I always enjoy your top 10. My favourite one is the soft grey boxed bag. It just looks lovely. ☺️
Thanks Christine. I love those soft bags too😁
I just love these! I hope you always sell lots of your sewing. You are the best!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I hope so too Debbie. Thank you😁
Really good to hear all about your sales and business. Your doing really well. Thanks Christine
Thanks so much Janet😁
Love your quarterly videos. Thank you for sharing.
Glad you like them Marianne. Thank you😁
Thank you so much Christine.
My pleasure Kay. Thank you😁
Loved the video. I do enjoy these. Please continue and nice to get a glimpse of Coco again.
Hugs from Nevada,
Cathy❤
Thanks Cathy. I think Coco prefers to hang out outside with Chris rather than with me😁
If you put a piece of aluminum in the card wallet u can advertise it as a RFID wallet
That's a great idea. Thank you😁
Thank you for the update. This is always so interesting!
My pleasure Kim. Thank you😀
Fully watched and 👍
I enjoyed to see all the different items, and it was great to see Coco
Thanks Roni. I think Coco prefers to hang out with Chris most days. He's always outside😁
Yes, my progress this quarter was to help a tween repair her onesies (massive, furry pajamas) and sew a small wallety bag. Well begun is half done!
Haha, have fun sewing the furry fabric. I made a panda costume for my son years ago. What a mess I had everywhere!😁
I also noticed your puppy poo bags didn’t make the top 10. My favorite is the large soft boxy bag. These videos are very interesting. Thank you for sharing.
I was surprised they didn't make it either Debbie. I think they will next time though. One young man just bought four😁
So interesting as usual. Thank you Christine. One day I will call in to your shop! Cheers
I hope you do 😁
Fantastic.
Keep on stitching 🤗
Thank you, I will😁
Thanks for sharing. Love your great ideas
You are so welcome Dianne. Thank you😁
Always enjoy your sales reports ... and I wish I could sell chapstick keyrings for $10ea. I get told they're too expensive at $5ea but it depends on where my market stall is at anytime. You're going to be so busy restocking everything .... I enjoy every clip you put out ❤
To be honest, I'm surprised when a person only purchases one at $10 as well😁
Thank you very much for sharing this detail informations ❤
You're very welcome. Thank you😁
Thank you a very interesting watch x
Thanks Susan😁
So interesting thank you for sharing this information 😊
My pleasure Christina. Thank you😁

I hope your sewing journey is as long as mine Esther. It's a great question, and a great future video subject😁
Way to go Christine! 🥰
Thanks so much Sue😁
Thanks Christine for sharing I am making some of your products will take some pics when i get a we charger cord for my digital camera for some reason it has disappeared also I am enjoy making some of your products
I'm looking forward to seeing them Pamela😁
As always another great video! thanks sew much
Thanks Joanie😁
Great presentation.
Thanks Marcia😁
I just discovered you, thanks for this video!! Where do you find your fabrics? :)
Welcome to the channel Monique. I've done several videos on obtaining free fabric that will help in my "free fabric" playlist😁
Miss Christine, possible to make a video on supplies to invest in. For those of us new to bag making and wanting zippers, can you recommend single zips or rolled tape? Black or white? 3 mm or 5 mm. Trying to be a good steward of my finances and, have fun! Thank you! 😊
That's a great idea Susan. I stick with No.5 black zips and handles because it keeps costs down, and means i don;t have to match colours😁
@@ChristinesHomeAffairs Wonderful thank you. One last question, where have you found the best prices on these items? I often use Amazon for convience. I am sure there are many places. Looking forward to your reply. Have a blessed week!
Amazon is great for convenience, but Alibaba and Aliexpress are great for price too
Thank you very much for sharing. I always enjoy to see how your beautiful products sell. 🤩 What about the puppy poo pouches, they're not in the top 10 this time?
I don't feel like making the helping hands either, even though I already have the material. 😖
I think the weather is a little cold to walk the dogs lately. I'm surprised they didn't make the list too Sybille😁
Would the shoe bag be big enough to hold work boots? I’ve been eyeing them off for ages lol
For workboots, I'd probably make the bags larger. One of our boys uses the bridle bag size for his boots when in the truck😁
Do you make the giant utility bags with a lining?
Yes I do Susan. I line almost all of my bags aside from shopping totes😁
Just curious, do you sew for yourself or your family & friends?
Good question Bonnie. I used to make all my own clothes, but have been too busy the past few years. As I sew for a living, the last thing I want to do is sew for others for free. I just don't have the time. I do however do alterations for the family when they need it😁
What machines do you use for your projects?
Kris, I have two that I use regularly. Jack A5E, and Prosew. I've done reviews for both of them😁
@@ChristinesHomeAffairs Thank you. I'll check the videos out. Love your channel.
Didn't one of your products knock the shopping bags off the top spot? I thought I remember you saying we were going to be surprised as to what was in the top spot....🤷♀️
I enjoy these videos
I think the zippered bags made top sop a couple of videos back Sheila. Not this time though😁
How do sell ur items?
Hershey, I have a econd hand juck store in a tiny tourist town. I also sell online and via Facebook😁
🙂😁🥰
I'm getting a bit behind in my comments lately. Thanks Joy😁
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure. Thank you😁
