Lovely guitar. And I really admire the comination of technology and hand tool skills in your process - you have got the balance right IMO. You are a 'proper' craftsman as well as a great designer!
I never thought about whether this should have music or not but once you’ve asked for ‘my’ opinion(!?) I’m now pretty sure that I don’t want music (don’t ask me why😂)
4:28 - Those Pants! :). You do beautiful work. I wish I could afford one of your guitars. Genius move with the magnets :) Thank You for the video and letting us look over your shoulder. Best Regards and Best Wishes!
Super video. Really well shot and put together. I love the minimal talk-over and your guitar work is exceptionally innovative and creative. Thanks for the inspiration and entertainment.
Awesome build. I would suggest to add a CNC to the workflow for accuracy on your design, for the body, the side curves, and it can also create the holes for the magnet cover perfectly aligned (I was worried they would not fit after all the hard work you put into them xd)
I absolutely like videos like this without "packaged" music. I do, however, always like to hear with the instrument sounds like when it is played someone other than the builder.
i'm definitely making a sander like that. both. the drum sander on the drill and i like that tight fitting fretboard radius sanding block. that's my next project.
What are those string locks you used behind the nut? I've been looking at different string locks but haven't seen those before. I like those a lot better than what I've been seeing!
Great work! Enjoyed your video very much. What is the black plastic-like thin material you use for the body? What kind of silver powder have you used for the inlays? The look cool! Thanks
Very cool. Just found your channel. Though you said it was a 3MW laser! 🙃 "Oh boy..we are going to see some cutting now!" I appreciate no music and just sound effects and narration. Love your work Sir. Best Regards and Best Wishes. Subscribed.
dude i really love how you choose different head style, i love how badass the guitar looks, and i really support musicless video, ASMR of woodwork is the greatest of them all!! As always it's been pleasure watching your work 😁😁🎸🤘 #KeSiUrbi 😆

Great content.. you encouraged me to purchase that engraver! But I don't known what Is the máximum Depth of engrave.. you could give me some enlightment about it
Nice work man! I would almost bet, judging by your Eng accent, that you come from the small and beautiful country that has about 40km of Adriatic coast and a 2850m highest mountain. Can I ask why you opted for the glued neck, was it aesthetics or also sound? And did you make your own pickups? I have never seen that shape of pu's before. Last question :) ... what gauge strings did you put on. The low E looks like it's quite thick, like 54 or 60. Cheers
Haha true. 😄 I believe that set neck has an influence on a string vibration enhancing the tone and sustain. If the joint is made properly it is almost like necktrough. Pickups were custom made by Gorilla Pickups. I highly recommend them. Strings are just standard daddario 10s. But the guitar is tuned to D# standard.

Hi ! Where can I find the template to frets distance (with scale in mm) ? What is the distance between the frets and the neck pick up ? Could You pleasr give me a link ? Thank You !
I like videos without music. Usually the music chosen is something that I really don't want to listen to, and makes me change the channel more often than not.
@@MagicAtticGuitars I understand. But I figured it wouldn't be a copyright issue with a Floyd Rose route. Thanks for getting back to me. If I wasn't legally blind, I'd try and make one myself.
Hey man! Came across this by chance and....that is a sterling job! Really interesting guitar, nice one!...I just got into headless guitars, they are great and that looks gorgeous bro.I have just got a custom headless 7 strings, but maybe in the near future....you have no order form for headless on the site; is that an unusual build ? Thanks and very nice work. 🤟👽
Thanks man! I'm very happy to hear that. Yet it was ment to be a one time custom build, but it seems to be quite popular. So I will add it to my site soon. I would love to build one for you. Keep in touch. 🤘
Thank you Lorenzo. I am seeing them on my website ( magicatticguitars.com). If you are interested in this particular one contact me and we can arrange something.
Thanks man! It very much depends on the material. I haven't tested it to the extremes yet but I managed to cut 5mm walnut in few passes. I think I will be using it a lot for my builds.
8:22 - 🤯 that is the tool I’ve always wanted and never knew existed!!
I would never of thought of inventing such a thing myself

I like the "without music" style better. Hearing the sounds of the tools and the craftwork are soothing

Yes. It is good without any music. I like the soft neck heel.
Thank you.
That's one of the coolest guitars I have ever seen.
Thanks Marty!

What is the Black material you glued between the body Back & body Top?
It adds a beautiful accent!
It's just a black veneer. Thanks!
Beautiful guitar, build, and video. I prefer not having background music. Thanks
Thank you very much.
VERY cool video and very, very cool guitar! I enjoyed the "no music" format.
Thank Mike!
Dude. I had to watch again. Great job!
Thanks man!
That is a clean build! I especially like the cut-out for the jack, I'll need to try that on a future build.
Thanks man. I like the cut-out too. It really puts the jack out of the way.
I LOVE that body shape, great work.

Отличная работа и оснащение мастерской!
Thank you very much.
I like the sound of the tools and working.
Thanks Rachel.
Did you spot that fly's cameo? xD.
Good job, man. I wish I had this talent and build my own guitars
Haha you are the first one who noticed the fly 😄 Thanks man! Talent is developed by practice.
I like the shape quite a bit. The epoxy fill looks better on the fretboard than on the body, imo. Very precise way of building.
Thanks man. I appreciate your opinion.

Those are ABM.
Great work! Enjoyed your video very much. What is the black plastic-like thin material you use for the body? What kind of silver powder have you used for the inlays? The look cool! Thanks

Thank you! It very much depends on the material and settings. It's impossible to give an general answer to this question.
@@MagicAtticGuitars For wood.. could I engrave a body or neck?
Yes sure. It also depends on the density of the wood. I was cutting 4mm thick walnut with it.
@@MagicAtticGuitars Pretty hard wood.. no jokes on it! xD

Thanks 🙂
Isso é trabalho, não as grandes marcas que mandaram pra china e lá se cospe instrumentos sem fim.

How much would it be for a Steinberger GM2T (Body and headless neck), but routed for a Floyd Rose?

Can it solder? Can it cut? Weld? is it an accessory that lasers of your fret board to teach you? What type of laser?
How thick was the material for your templates? I heard MDF does not laser cut that well, what was your experience on that? Great video

can i ask your power and speeds for cutting the mdf with the laser?
Sure. For 6mm mdf I used 400mm/min speed, 100% power, 3 passes.
Super beau travail
