Over 53 years old and this riff still breaks bones then when Geezer's bass kicks in the groove pulverizes the broken bones into dust! Iommi is THE Riffmeister!
@kaioregattieri6892 It is up there with anything Metallica, I always go to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath or Iron Man. Supernaut was also a favorite of John Bonham.

Shoutout to that palm muted/open riff in Old Mans Child's The Last Chapter. Its my Master of Puppets, not in a down picked way, but because if you practice it, you can develop awesome palm muting alternating with open power chords
I can remember hearing the Cradle will rock form Van Halen, that, and Parasite from Kiss and Diary of a Madman it made me want to play guitar for sure.

But Neurosis got me into metal, then since it was the south of France in the early 2000s, Gojira was touring all the time here, and then other bands like Nostromo, Samael, Psykup, Cult of Luna, Jesu, Isis... The Pantera riff on the Hello Kitty acoustic is off the charts!
John Petrucci is made completely of hair at this point
😂
Don't be jealous of another man's hair
And tons od hair dye

I invested in some real estate on his forehead. Great returns actually

I feel like Matt Pike was only gonna play the intro riff and then just kinda got lost
He simply could not not play it, it's like when you can't cut off a song, you have to listen to the rest;
Satchel the GOAT 😂❤ love seeing so many legends talking about other metal gods
I know Satchel is supposed to be funny but the guy can play with the best of them.

Myles Kennedy is just Kevin Bacon with a wig and he's fooling nobody
He’s a combination of Kevin Bacon, Jared Leto and Jim Carrey! 😂
It’s vindicating to hear Tobias Forge say he can’t play master of puppets with all downstrokes because I can’t either.
Well he's not an amazing guitarist, but playing MOP from straight to finish with downstroking is a hell of a task, he's right about that

It doesn't surprise me that most guitarists are influenced by Tony Iommi. Iommi: the man who created heavy metal.
