      Wow!! 50 lbs.. That would be so amazing if I could do that too. I've done her work outs before... I'm going to start up again today. The first time, I lost a few pounds right away! It gave me the motivation to keep going... but I ended up stopping. I'm going to start again. Your story is very motivating!!

      @@ananditakumari5249 hey no problem !! I did her cardio work outs ( walking) to build up stamina for the other ones.. used “zero” app to track fats and “ lose it” app to track food they’re both free apps :)

    I just passed out, girl that was only 7days, damn, she just pushed me without even pushing me. I started Growithjo exercises and I need to drop 5-10lbs for my high school reunion, I'm about to use this for motivation.

    My back used to look like that ( probably a little worse) and that's kind of what motivated me to start lifting weights, 5 years later and my back looks wonderful even with the "line" down the middle lol. Keep up the amazing work girly

      Keep going and you'll be surprised to take fewer breaks and then finishing.

      Yes keep going and listen to your fav songs while you do it to keep you pumped..I just did that workout earlier today and almost stopped 3/4ths of the way in but I got through it! Just take as many mini water breaks as you need and you'll get through it!!

      Don't worry, you'll improve over time. When I began working out, I couldn't do 20 mins of cardio without getting heart palpitations. Now I can do 180 mins

    I love it! I haven't become constant yet I do your exercises a couple times a week. My 3 year old joins me lol. She kept up with a whole 32 minute video of yours. It was amazing. She was drinking her water that day🤣🤣💕

    Heck yeah my results are awesome and from the workouts I’m back in a junior size 3 and did it all well not changing my diet I still eat what I want. I only switched to lean meats. I noticed since I started working out I hardly crave sweets which is weird it might be bc of the protein shake I drink after my workouts. And even when I’m on my period I just pop a Werther’s original hard candy and thats it instant satisfaction. I can’t complain! I genuinely love working out now I find myself in for 2 hrs or more a day. Thanks Jo❤️❤️❤️❤️
