Following Dr gundry's diet I've never felt better in my life. I finally don't get tired after I eat anymore, no more brain fog, and I'm slimmer. He wasn't given the chance to respond here, I've seen him address alot in detail elsewhere. It's been a total game changer for me and I want everyone I care about to try it.
When I was little, I remember my mom soaking the beans overnight (sometimes more than that) and then boiling them for 3 hours while also changing the water 2-3 times. She was changing the boiling water to reduce the bloating and flatulence.
My parents always cooked a pot of beans every sunday in a presure cooker, I never knew why, don't think they thought about lectins, they just did, they said it makes them more digestable...
I am so disappointed in how they did Dr. Gundry and no longer a fan of this show. First of all, like they research and study medicine they should have read his book. The book explains it all and it is very interesting. My supervisor started the lectin-free diet over a month ago because she has fibromyalgia and a couple more health issues, and experience excruciating pain weekly during work hours. Finally, her doctor introduced her to the lectin-free diet five weeks ago, and in the 3rd week, she didn’t have any pains, dropped 20 pounds, and was taken off her medicines, and look and feel better. I struggle with inflammation, uterine fibroids, and have high blood pressure. I have only been doing the lectin-free diet for two weeks, and the swelling in my feet and ankles are gone, my blood pressure is regulated, my poop doesn’t have a smell, I have more energy, happier moods, and feel better.
Your beautiful Charmin!😚😊 also Satan is the father of lies, AND the PRINCE of the power of the AIR ( air waves ) so of course anything GOOD will be downplayed
A lot of people are going from a S>A>D> diet to a diet with no processed food. Obviously your health is going to improve when you stop poisoning your self with additives, seed oils and other fake foods but it's not because you stopped eat fruits and vegetables, etc.
This wasn’t a debate at all, this was just a sound bite from each Dr. I wanted to hear Dr Gundry’s response and they didn’t give him the opportunity to actually have a debate. I think Joe Rogan should get these two doctors on his podcast!
Dr.Gundry's way of eating has helped me with the inflammation I've had in my hip for the last 3-plus years. I've been following his advise for the last 6 months and my hip pain is down to about a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10(10 being the worst). I am using his way of eating as a tool to help MY health and it is working, so THANK YOU-Dr.Gundry for your advise!!
I’ve been on the Gundry low lectin diet for 2 years and my life has turned around for the better 1000%. I had arterial blockage, horrible joint pain, allergies, and other issues. They’re gone. My cardiologist asked me what I was doing and I told him. He said KEEP DOING IT! It’s working. Kahn is the one who hasn’t looked at the science.
I am so clad to hear you are taking Dr Steven Gundry advice over someone like Dr Kahn . Ever since I was told i had Coeliac disease in 2008 and had to get of grains containing gluten my life changed. At the same time I started following Steven Gundry on RUclips and he was anti grains as well so I start following all his advice. I am 60 now but when people ask how old I am I say have a guess and they say 45. So my diets working thanks to Steven Gundry and I use some of his products, Vital Reds, Primal Plants and Active Heart. Take care . Keep up the good work with your health care thanks to Steven.
The science can be found in The China Study by T Colin Campbell PhD, Forks Over Knives, or look up Dr. Caldwell, MD, Dr. John McDougall, MD, and Dr. Joel Furhman, MD. All have written books, backed by science, on the importance of consuming legumes, tubers, rice, and other grains. Steven Gundry is making a pathetic stab at game with a horribly unhealthy diet, that has zero clinical data behind it.
The facts is Steven Gundry is 100% ,correct . When wholegrain goodness was introduced diabetes went up 800% and heart disease went up also. These fact is something I have research for over 12 years and Steven Gundry isn't the only doctor thats coming up with this research and having great results with their patients when reducing the intake in their diet. Some Celebrities are using Steven Gundry as their doctor so his research must be showing some benefits. If anyone doesn't believe in his research they should do some more research. There is a lot of doctors that are coming out and admitting what they were taught was wrong and a lot of food we are told is healthy is not and by getting them out of your diet your problems go away. Even the Food pyramid is wrong. Most doctors would just put you on a drug for your problems when most of the time apart from injuries your problems are diet related.
@@hda300 bullshit. In fact, several studies provide that whole grains specifically wheat, protect the body from diabetes. And there are at least two documented studies that verify what I just said. As for Gundry, he has done no clinical research to back up his theories. And we know, from research, that oil actually harm's the endothelial cells. So why is Gundry advising people to consume OO. The fact is. Gundry is an idiot who has never published a paper in his life.
@@rawmark Sorry to tell you this, but Ken H is right. You see, the human body needs certain types of food, and the only way to maintain your health is by learning what the cells need for you to function normally. Each culture eats different types of food due to their environment and genetic makeup, and certain foods can benefit from one another through digestion. You can't just eat whatever you want. Not everyone is going to have the same effects with the same foods. Learn what your specific body needs, and you'll have perfect, long lasting health. Dr. Gundry understands this very well. Dr. Maxwell Gerson understood this also. They were right all along.
I've been on the Plant Paradox diet for a couple of years and it has dramatically helped me with my indigestion and my husband's eczema has gone away. We feel so much better.
@@jackcarraway4707 In 2004 I found that only one study had been done on humans for yeast infections as a factor of miscarriage and infertility. I was an adjunct faculty member at a university and searched 700+ science journals. If it might make a difference and it won't give huge profits, then forget it.
I've been on the plant paradox for 6 months now and i feel amazing. Gundry also reversed my dad's crohn's disease, so im siding with gundry on this one. The other doctor was petulant
@@ey8648 bingo. Any elimination diet will probably work for an autoimmune disease. Mullion miles from saying gen pop should eschew legumes and fruit. Besides, if everyone followed the Gundy diet, about 3billion people will have to starve. Go figure. Healthy eh?
@@fabioq6916 Not necessarily true. I’m a lot less hungry on protein and natural fats than I was eating grains and legumes. I eat less food now. Fasting is so much easier.
Gundry is a modern day diet genius. Look at his demeanor-- he is always calm and poised. His diet yields wellness for the mind and body. I have done his diet for 2 years now and i went from being healthy (so i thought) to being actually healthy. Many thanks to dr. Gundry
Well, all I can say is, my health improves exponentially when I adhere to the Lectin free diet. My diet was extremely healthy: brown rice, legumes, lots of veges, whole foods. I knew something I was eating was wrong for me. Just couldnt figure out what it was. I have had chronic severe illness for many years. When I was on the Lectin free diet I got excited about how well I was feeling. But I fell back to old ways. I missed the brown rice, green beans, lentils etc. Now I am back to being really sick and planning to start the Lectin free diet again. If you can eat beans, and fruit, and rice without feeling ill, good for you! But we are all different. Some people cant tolerate Lectins. Isn't the ultimate goal that everyone be as healthy and happy as possible?
Maybe you should have tests done on your guts. Also because, like beans, after you fully cook them there is close to no lectins left. So unless you cooked the besns for few minutes, I doubt it was the lectins.
Learn to cook them differently. Brown rice should be precooked. I cooked chickpeas in pressure cooker on multigrain section high pressure 50 minutes. Then I drain the water and cook with other foods. Tomatoes have to be fully cooked as well. Don’t eat the night shades foods raw.
Focus here is on lectins... but these foods also contain saponins, which are not removed by cooking. Hope you can find your way to repair so that there is less bad effect. I wont spam here...
I was pretty angry at first seeing this video... How unfair they were to DR. Gundry! then I read all the comments below feeling justified, so glad a lot of people know and experienced the truth and defending DR. Gundry. I had stopped watching these main stream DR shows, not much you can learn from them... after the same old standard treatment protocol... do American people get healthier??
Cooking things at low heat for long periods of time has a similar effect. People have known how to cook things for thousands of years in every part of the world. The pressure cooker comment was plain stupidity on Khan's part.
I was born in Latin America and my grandma had a pressure cooker when I was a kid. Maybe they also think Canadians live in igloos and ride a moose to work.
This is definitely an ambush video episode. Dr. Gundry had no opportunity to defend himself against the tag team of Kahn and Stork. It sounds like a case of professional jealousy and more than a little animosity. Maybe Dr. Gundry does not have all the answers but neither does the tag team, and both these individuals seemed to have an axe to grind. Very unprofessional.
My English Teacher Rob not so much... the point is there is no science behind his claims. You have to have extraordinary evidence for extraordinary claims. The sad fact is there is longitudinal studies on this type of diet... there is no research on humans and the mal-effects of lectins. Leaky bowl syndrome is not directly caused by lectins. Sorry.
Anti Dr Gundry Setup - having been on the Gundry Protocol (as I call it) for 21 days- and only about 30% before I got his Book - it works brilliantly - not a single blood sugar spike from day two, dry eye disappeared within days, bloating went down within 8 days (have not had such a flat stomach in 45 years) no more brain fog, feel energized, feel ALIVE after years of being a "walking dead". Dr Gundry deserves a Nobel Prize - how about it people, why don't we try and get him nominated for the Nobel Prize? Eat loads of sweet potatoes, chick peas (have been pressure cooking them for years), I have cut out most Lectin loaded foods and feel great. The proof of the pudding is in the eating - so to say
why did he not let Dr. Gundry speak? So one sided why even have the conversation if both sides do not get equal time. I actually hate this show for that very reason. They do it all of the time.
This short clip is the perfect reflection of healthcare today ... gundry was brought in as a target because it would make good ratings .. the show wasn't about debate
I've not eaten any grain or sugar for 2-1/2 years and, yes, my lab tests show how well Gundry's diet plan worked, even though I didn't go all-in to phase 3. But I started to be a little disenchanted when Gundry started selling *very* expensive supplements, instead of recommending whole foods.
@@UncompressedWAVmusic never suggested you should stop whatever diet you want. My statement about my experience stands and you can't invalidate it trying to change what I said.

Of course, many households had a pressure cooker even 70 years ago and some much longer. It's not a computer technology. It's a 350 years old invention!!! We used pressure cookers in, then, poor, agricultural Serbia before the WWII. For everybody's information: "In 1679, French physicist Denis Papin, better known for his studies on steam, invented the steam digester in an attempt to reduce the cooking time of food. His airtight cooker used steam pressure to raise the water's boiling point, thus cooking food more quickly." Also, it is a well-known fact that some people who have digestion problems, such as Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and/or leaky gut cannot eat beans at all. I believe that the only reason young(er) people can tolerate it better is that lectins gradually deteriorate our health and that it would be very advisable to be on the safe side and follow a few simple rules that Dr. Gundry suggests in his book. Is it so difficult to use a pressure cooker if you like beans so much?
I love both of these doctors but was disappointed that Dr Kahn acted like a bully instead of having a true debate and disappointed with the host for showing so much bias.
he had no opportunity to even defend himself, and what is up with this show.. some aesthetically "hot" looking people hosting a show as a typical brain-washing TV show...
They didn't let Dr Gundry speak - Dr Gundry is fantastic - he has helped me so much and so well respected. One-sided interview and Dr Gundry handled it so well-
Not really. Facts are is that lectins do exist in legumes and beans. And they are anti-nutrients The bigger question is how well does our body dispel this anti-nutrient? I know kids who eat burritos with beans get bad bloating and has diarrhea so who the fuck knows.
@@TheJustinHit _"so who the f knows"_ I'm going to get out of a limb here and say that you most certainly do not know. If you get bloated from well-cooked soft beans, that is a sign of your gut bacteria not doing so well. Just becasue it says it has "anti"- nutrients does not mean it's unhealthy. The scientific consensus is that they are very healthy and millions of people all around the world eat lots of them without any problems. Also legumes is a word for the fruits in the Fabacae family which includes them beans.
People have different levels of sensitivity against Lectin. In this show, the less Lectin sensitive Doctor and the host attacked more Lectin sensitive Dr. Gundry and all his patients. They were basically saying that I had no problem of Lectin so nobody should.
I was more sensitive to it before but I have since pretty much healed and can today eat any legume without any bloating. The issue is that people jump to conclusions before the gut has had the time to heal/adjust and instead jump on all kinds of nutty fad diets that will make the gut even worse.
thats you self victimizing, he said that cross culturally diets that this doctor says to avoid have been staples internationally through millennia and this doctor has zero peer reviewed evidence to support his claims. GO ON being a victim, i'm sure you LOUDLY proclaim your lectin sensitivity to waiters when nobody cares
@@corvoattano9303 I made sure to have every meal properly cooked. I've been eating oatmeal almost every morning (really easy on your gut). Then I've been eating a lot of raw onions and garlic together with my meals. Make also sure you're not eating too much in one sitting, let your gut process the food, and eat more often instead. Lentils are also my go-to legume. Additionally, I never drink alcohol, I make sure my vitamin D and B12 are on a normal level through supplements; not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it doesn't hurt anyway to have that in check. Hope it helps, just keep in mind that it can take many years. If you still have the same issues after several months of eating cooked food I would go to a professional nutritionist or similar and ask for help, possibly getting a SIBO and organic acid test if that's possible.
The Medical Profession really does a “Great Job” in making people well...prescribe a pill, drug the shit out of them, prescribed a drug that will destroy your liver, heart, kidney’s, etc.... Dr Gundry’s teaching, for me, has changed my health.. more than any Medical advice...He is actually helping people get well! without drugs! Imagine that! discrediting Dr Gundry on your show was very upsetting!!!..Didn’t even give him a chance to explain his teaching...Protecting the Medical Establishment! This clearly was an agenda to discredit Dr Gundry...I am no longer a fan of the show knowing your agenda.
Cherie LaCroix the thing is, Dr Kahn is helping people prevent & reverse disease as well. There's something to be said about all those long lived (& healthy) populations that eat legumes as a staple food (without the use of special kitchen appliances), who don't have anywhere near the same disease rates as us in the western world. They didn't traditionally eat a lot of fat or animal foods. The essentially ate diets rich in plant foods (with a majority of their total calories coming from unprocessed carbohydrates).
yes, in response to this I'd say it is stress and food that cause damage to the gut lining. As children we can eat cereals just fine and that's because we don't have a problem in the world. So people living in Greece probably have a very sociable and relaxed outlook on life. That is what I think Gundry should have said as it is most likely true.
S O N J A but ancient people used to soak the beans just as he mentions in the book. Coming from the Balkan I remember my grandmother soaking the beans for a few days before cooking them.
I had sever inflammatory pain and even my Brilliant Naturopath MD and the blood test results said I had to eliminate Grains and Night Shades. Also showed Leaky Gut. Some studies predict that may the case in the majority of the population. ( I did not eat Dairy, gluten free 90% I stay away from Sugar.) I did that along with exercise and the pain finally left. Does that mean no one should eat tomatoes? No but if you have inflammatory issues you should look at Dr. Gundry's recommendation.
no doubt many following Gundrys diet will improve especially coming from the typical horrible american diet. But, that doesn't mean its best or more importantly, that its best in the long term. Glad you are better though. My own reading shows me clearly that the science favors Kahn's arguments

Skeptical myself, I went and purchased Dr.Gundrys book and read it with my lover. I'm curious, did Dr. Kahn even read it? or just take the few things he disagreed with to make his vacant objections? Every page of Dr. Gundrys book was a pager turner, whether or NOT you agree with his method. LOTS of useful information. My lover and I have been following the protocol Dr. Gundry sets forth in his book, and we have seen incredible interesting results. TRY IT YOURSELF. BEST ADVICE.
A page turner is not relevant to science. Not a single peer reviewed reference study was supportive of his claims and most of his most outlandish claims had ZERO evidence backing them. Science quality is not determined by how good a read it is. Ridiculous comment.

I've followed Dr. Gundry for four years. At 56 my health has never been better (confirmed by lab results and no need for medications, other than thyroid that I've taken forever) and for the first time in 25 years I've not had to count calories to maintain a healthy weight. I do what works, and his program is the only thing that's worked for me. And I've tried everything from Wt Watchers to Beverly Hill! Especially if you have autoimmune issues, his protocol will help you. Please join his FB group and you will see the success stories.
Dr Gundry’s approach changed my life for the better. I went to numerous naturopaths and dietitians and physical trainers and nothing helped, I was supposedly eating extremely healthy and exercising like crazy yet looking and mostly feeling just awful. That until I tried Dr. Gundry’s no lectins approach, right away I could see results, for the first time my body finally started healing. As for other cultures that eat legumes and live long and healthy lives, where do they cook them usually? In super high heat stone ovens (just like a pressure cooker) and I don’t need to be a doctor to figure that out. I just think people have a very hard time hearing that they should cut out many foods they like, it was hard for me too but I just thought I’ll give it a try just to see what will happen and thank god I did. I feel and look better than ever!
Me and my husband have been on the Plant Paradox diet for nearly 4 months and I no longer suffer from Polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin resistance or Hyperinsulinemia, which I had to take medications for almost 10 years since I was a teenager. My husband doesn’t need his meds for hypothyroidism or high blood pressure. It is so disgusting how so many doctors criticize this diet and instead they please the pharmaceutical industry poisoning their patients.
whole thing was biased. On a podcast or talk show with a REAL host, one who would help properly facilitate an intellectual argument, this would have gone far differently.
Except of course, Gundy makes many false claims with zero supportive peer reviewed studies. Those he cites in the book often draw the opposite conclusions. If he were so convinced, why not undertake a study? You know why.
That was a despicable 'hit' piece! I've lost 20 pounds without trying on this diet and have had to lower my thyroid hormone... hopefully my thyroid disease is in retreat just like Gundry says. Furthermore, you don't need to BUY anything from Gundry to try it, not even the book! He posts everything online including recipes.
there is no scientific studies to back up his hypothesis . it's plain stupidity as a cardiologist to claim lectins are the things we should fear most, they are in practically anything organic
I live in Russian village, we have a pressure cooker and even my grandma had it. My husband is Palestinian and eats usually beans and tomatoes, his family in Palestine have different types and sizes of pressure cooker and all meal is cooked only in them. I ‘m sure people in Sardinia or in other bean-eating countries and zones have pressure cookers.
Yes kudos to DrGundry ,he recognized what was happening at this shameful taping and smiled a knowing smile , realized these jokers were beneath him ,,and went with "discretion is the better part of valor", they turned his invite into a smear campaign ,,,
I am Costa Rican and I have to say that rice and beans is the one meal we eat everyday , multiple times a day, lol. With that said, my mom did teach me to soak the rice and beans the night before cooking them. I just never knew the reason behind it and that was the way to make them. So I think there might be some truth to what he says. My take away from this, moderation and keeping on soaking the grains before making them.
I'd love to hear what Dr. Kahn would recommend to all the sick people with inflammatory illnesses, like me with lupus who were told by doctors that we're going to have to just be sick forever and take toxic drugs for a tiny bit of symptom relief and endure horrible side effects? I agree that maybe it's not necessary for everyone to go lectin-free, but many people like me have gotten their health back with a reduced lectin diet. It seems this show threw the baby out with the bathwater and missed a great opportunity to help sick people who are desperate and could really benefit from the latest theories. If you have an inflammatory illness AND are lectin sensitive, this could be the thing that works. The fact that so many people with severe inflammatory illness are experiencing dramatic improvement in their health with this low lectin ultra anti-inflammatory diet should be front page news!
He would recommend a plant-based diet for sure. That's his philosophy and its proven to lower inflammatory markers. He also adapted fasting-mimicking diet for 5 days a month from Dr. Valter Longo.
I think the point Dr Kahn is making is not to create a false sense of fear in the public over something that has never been scientifically proven yet ie Beans are bad for your health. I am sure that Dr Gundry's diet works and has a good anti-inflammatory effect judging from the amount of support he is receiving in these comments. But its the way he is marketing this to the public that is dangerous because there is not enough published research data in humans for him to make these broad encompassing statements. He should have marketed his plan as the Anti-inflammatory low lectin diet instead of KILLER LECTINS. Too me its sad that some people will now exclude legumes and all their benefits ( fiber, resistant starchs, calcium, iron, minerals, polyphenols, saponins, phytosterols) as a result of this data. Look at your animal product consumption people animal products have sulfur rich proteins which acidify your blood and reduce calcium in your bones. They are loaded with omega 6 fats which increase inflammatory disease directly, sat fat, cholesterol which drive heart disease, 0 fiber, CAFO special ingredients ( concentrated animal feeding operations) = GMO feed, steroids, poop from the animal in the meat, antibiotics, plastics)
whilst it is nice to see gundry actually be shut up for once in a debate, since all doctors are essentially the same in how they defend their ideas to the point of death, I have inflammation that is related to food. I get very red eyes and sore stomach and suspect arthritis. In my experience traditional doctors have been highly incompetent in telling me what I have and whenever I say something they always have a conflicting response i.e I tell them wheat makes me feel worse they tell me to eat shredded wheat/ cornflakes with milk. Yummy, yes. Does it make me feel healthy? Probably not. They offer me anti inflammatories and steroids. Does this help my body defend itself? Doctors are grossly overpaid and selfish just like everyone else in this god forsaken world. We should not place all of our faith in them. To become a doctor you simply have to defend a thesis which may or may not be correct. All throughout history medicine has more often than not made people worse, just look at the Victorian period which was not so long ago. The problem is that people are both stupid and selfish, a dangerous combination and me in my naivety still expects the best in everyone but am constantly let down. So we need more research pumped into where it actually matters; how food interacts with the gut lining, the importance of the gut lining, its structure, turnover rate (supposedly 3 days), tregs in maintaining gut biome research, what plant chemicals may have an adverse effect on us. These seem all VERY reasonable topics to research and I bet a couple million would make this field develop in LEAPS AND BOUNDS. Instead, billions of research are being directed into black holes that get nowhere. I can't believe how stupid we are being simply because pig ignorant doctors like Kahn are just out to make money for their own agenda and so the rest of us suffer. As far as I am aware, research has proven that lectins bind to sugar receptors on the gut lining and cause damage. It makes me so frustrated that Tv adverts, supermarkets loaded with cereal boxes have all brainwashed us into an early grave just so a select few can make a buck and we all follow blindly this lifestyle. TO LIVE TODAY IS TO SUFFER!
If you do the research you may find that the results of eating the way Dr Gundry is suggesting speak for themselves. Shame Dr Gundry never got to answer the question regarding pressure cookers - he may have explained that local communities know how to cook their local fare e.g. Italians skinning and deseeding their tomatoes - and therefore naturally reducing lectins. If nothing is working for you and your health then research it for yourself. He is a cardiologist who has seen better outcomes using this way of eating.
I haven't done research to verify for myself whether Dr. Gundry is right, but I recently came across a long video (that put me off because I become very suspicious of such methods of attempting to sell stuff) of Gundry's that mentioned seaweed having lectin inhibiting or fighting elements to it. Khan mentioned Okinawa not having pressure cookers, but it's well known that the Japanese utilize seaweed in their diet. So that might be the case for why Okinawans don't suffer the effects like everyone else. Segments like this, however, are terrible for informing people about what they need to know.
Xeranx there are other "blue zone" populations that eat legumes as a staple food that do not have access to seaweed. They still don't have the digestive issues that are being attributed to legumes. Anecdotally, I eat about 2-3 servings of legumes most days, and I have no issues whatsoever. My health has improved tremendously over the past 8 yrs since I started this practice. I don't use a pressure cooker or seaweed. I use a regular pot with water on the stovetop. I soak my beans overnight (except for lentils), and boil them til tender.
Dr Khan is so wrong. I grew up in a third world country, and almost everyone had a pressure cooker to cook their daily staple of beans. Yes, we ate it with rice. But in Brazil, we ate 2/3 beans and 1/3 rice. Not happy with the Hispanic version of rice and beans. A few beans with all that rice. I see many overweight Hispanics! In Brazil, we ate plenty of collard greens and fried mandioka. No potatoes, no pasta. Yes, we all ate Pao de agua (Crusty, airy bread baked daily) with jam and dark coffee with warm milk, for breakfast. Grass fed beef for dinner. And another round of that delicious black bean feijoada! Fresh fruit! Since starting the Steven Gundry diet here in America, I have noticed less belly and neck fat. I can eat all I want and never feel hungry.
Not to be prejudice. I work in the medical field. Fast foods have destroyed our younger population. We have had an increase in liver biopsies, on a daily basis due to fatty liver and obesity. 99% Hispanic. I am not a statistician, but I see this every day.
hi Michelle. I'm guessing to avoid lectin foods like cereals, milk, nightshades like tomatoes, peppers and and also legumes like beans and some nuts that are actually seeds which plants really don't want you to eat. I recommend you look up a list. There may be more chemicals than just lectins which have an adverse effect on us. It's these chemicals which evolved in plants to defend against insects and bacteria but supposedly also have an effect on our biology as well. Apparently if you pressure cook foods this destroys these harmful chemicals but I can neither confirm nor deny this as of this moment as I'm fairly new to the idea myself.
@@user-nd1lx8co2g I'm new to it too and I ordered a pressure cooker the other day and look forward to using it. My doctor suggested I read Gundry's book to see if I'll learn how to prevent migraines

Describe the "technically similar to a pressure cooker" process. Modern medicine has always concluded that beans need to be well cooked. This is not new. The evidence that they need to be cooked in a pressure cooker is weak to zero. The evidence that tomato skin is poisonous is non existent.
Speaking of medical doctors I have been a type 1 insulin-dependent diabetic for 40 years and never been able under a doctor's care to get my blood sugar under control just two weeks into following the plant Paradox and really just following his food dues and don'ts I have not actually started the program I am down from taking 5 to 6 shots a day down to 2 and looking like I may be able to go down to only one what's good blood sugar readings and feeling better than I have since I can remember so please Dr Khan explain to me how is this a flawed dangerous program?
Removing beans and all legumes from my diet has cured my digestive issues. I am a study of n=1, I get that. For me all that mattered was my own n=1. With only listening to vegan doctors such as Kahn I would have never cured my digestive problems. There is always a second opinion, thought and perspective which should not be ignored. Grundy's advise helped me immensely whereas Kahn's did not. This is all that matters NOT something based on Epedimiology/Correlational research. Do your own experiment and find the truth.
Wow - I echo the comments below. Very poor show and very disrespectful of Dr Gundry, who I must say comes across as a class act against the aggressive Dr Kahn. I note that The Doctors description above can't even spell Dr. Gundry's name right. Shame on you Dr. Travis and your producers. The bottom line - try it and see how you feel.
Dang---Dr. Gundry didn't have a chance; to add insult to injury, why is it April of 2018 and The Doctors still haven't had the decency to correct the spelling of his name in the description from "Lundry" to *Gundry* ? C'mon, guys, have some class!
Perhaps it's because the topic is fairly complicated but why is it there is no real consensus among medical professionals regarding what we should be eating? With rates of obesity, type II diabetes, and metabolic syndrome at epidemic levels - all impacted by diet - it is a colossal failure of the health industry at large that we cannot arrive at the truth.
It is discouraging and unmotivating for people with little to no knowledge to even go out there and try to obtain some because of how fucking inconsistent and pathetic the health industry is. I think it is safe to say that they want to profit off of our illness.
I can't believe how the doctors did not let Dr G talk. I am with Dr G as well on this. The doctors should do more research. It is like they want us to go to the doctors to get more drugs instead of be healthy. Again Dr G is very right about living well with a healthy diet.
As Bogart once said "you hit the nail on the head sweetheart ", unfortunately for majority of doctors medical is just a business ,,patients getting better is not in their financial interest ,,,
Let the poor guy talk. I believe anything is worth a try if you’re trying to change your life for the better. If it doesn’t kill you and you’re already sick how much worse can you get trying his diet for a month to see the results. I say go with your GUT feelings 😝
I’ve been following Gundry’s diet for couple of months. Food cravings gone. In control of my eating for first time ever. Never felt this healthy and clear headed. Brain fog gone. For me, this is a game changer
Maybe sensitivity to lectins increase with a damaged gut, but let's not give Dr.Gundry a chance to speak of the over use of antibiotics and even glyphosate that may be hurting your gut in the first place.
Yes we are individuals. I had no idea what lectin intolerance was. Now knowing, I've been able to make adjustments to my diet so that I feel better. No bloating, farting or inflammation. I'll cook my capsicums but tomato no matter how well I cook, smother me. I'll include a small amount of beans in soups because they are delicious, but they still cause bloating. And I'll only have lentil curry for Saturday lunch. I will never eat tomato, potatoes, lentil or beans for an evening meal. Infact, I've trained myself not to eat much of anything in the evening. I 100% support Dr Gundry and if I had never heard of lectin intolerance, I would never have known how to make those adjustments to my diet believing myself to be gluten and lactose intolerant when infact I am lectin intolerant. I only have A2 protein milk and I make my own yoghurt and cheese with it. I make my own sourdough bread with refined white flour that ferments for about a week. I can only eat sourdough bread comfortably and I eat white rice for lunch only. Dr Khan has obviously got a robust digestion system. But not everyone has. He should be open minded or he'll kill people. There is obviously a strong correlation between heart disease strokes and inflammation with Lectin intolerance. This should be considered a breakthrough and not debunked. Plenty of people die of diabetes type 2 and heart related disease. I would probably have been one of them if I had not known what the issue was with my health problems. I am not lactose or gluten intolerant. Just Lectin intolerant.
This show displayed great immaturity, there was no order in the court, simply one shouting louder and more. When it comes to complexity’s, you have to let someone break it down. Gundry had points that were better yet you were there to scrutinize, not to debate impartially with an open mind.
Dr Gundry hardly had a chance to speak, the other doctor was like a zealot. And yes in Sardinia, Panama, Italy people have pressure cookers, the stove top type. Friends that are new to the US tell me they always used Pressure cookers for beans in the “old” countries. I personally have been in the Plant Paradox diet to overcome inflammation and Psoriatic Arthritis. My condition has greatly improved by verified lab tests and I feel better than I did 10 years ago. Everyone of my friends keep tell me that I look terrific, “what are you doing?” they say.
Cabbage and legumes are really killers especially if you don’t pressure cook them. I had cabbage and a legume soup while pregnant and ended up in the ER from GI problems!!!!
My own personal experience with lectin. A little over a month ago I decided to change my diet to heal myself naturally from psoriasis I cut out sugar red meat oats wheat barley Rye the gluten family but the foods that I was consuming unbeknownst to me were high in lectins. Almond milk high in lectin all the beans I was eating high in lectins. About two weeks after I change my diet I had severe flare-up of psoriatic arthritis in my right foot and my right pinky begin to swell and cause me arthritic pain. Are lectins bad for everyone probably not are lectins bad for me probably I'm getting ready to go see a naturopathic doctor for a consultation about getting blood work done for gluten intolerance and lectin intolerance.
Dr Gundry, you helped so many, I can't believe there are ppl out there that don't believe in your work. The proof is in the pudding. It is different for everyone, some humans can tolerate lectins while others can't. I think it still affects those who can tolerate them they just don't know it yet. You smart and should have been given a proper professional chance on the dr.s show, they are rude and didn't even let you talk or explain. For all the humans you helped......don't ever stop helping others because your such an inspiration, and a role model for humans who have issues. You are a Superstar Steven and no matter what God is guiding you, and I feel like you have earned your rightful place as an Angel of Light. Thank YOU for your hard work and caring persona. You are a real one. Crystal & Aurora
I would’ve loved in this clip Dr Gundry to be more aggressive. Too bad. But as he says he bans legumes for people who are very ill (autoimmune diseased). Little by little they try to reincorporate legumes. If your markers are fine you can have legumes as long as they are pressure cooked. Dr. K was too aggressive and too zealot.
As a Mexican American, beans are a staple. But, there is an “old wives tale” that says, once a woman made her husband a cup of coffee from the 1st water boil from her bean pot. Her husband died after drinking the coffee. So we usually soak, add garlic cloves and or epazote to reduce gas’s. Could this be what Dr.Gundry is referencing? And an added note, most Cubans, Central and South Americans use pressure cooker for bean cooking. From my experience, not all beans are cooked the same way. Pinto beans cook with slow simmer yet black bean cook with constant boil.🤷🏻♀️
Joel Kahn is kind of a bully, interrupting and insulting. Western medicine certainly has its own troubles -- and conflicts and I don't appreciate the dismissive attitude even as I learn more about nutrition. Also, my son is allergic to legumes and he has a lot of allergies (and eczema and asthma) and I've come to believe that he is kind of like a canary in a coal mine because he cannot eat peanut butter, whole grain bread, and shellfish and maybe those things aren't so good for us after all, as delicious as they are.
Dr. Gundry, did research from the old countries, and he's the Doctor Who care for our longevity, not money. Thanks Dr. Gundry for caring about Humanity.
LOL you want me to trust a show that edits it's program in such a way to completely cut out one doctor's argument in what they're calling "a debate?" This is embarrassing.
This is a hit piece. He needs to respond and video doesn’t show that. This is strong man argument, shit down the other even just by not showing what he has to say what a bs dialing this is
Instead of receiving literally the Nobel price for his very consistent hard work regarding medical discovery of the century they invited him to be bullied, intimidated and humiliated on the national tv-show. For troublemakers and some of the people who usually enjoy making drama by barking loudly non-sense in a circle it was a pretty successful smear campaign but not for the people who already experienced both opinions and they know on which side is the magic real truth.
Because I doubt the longest living people in the world go to their store and purchase b12 and omega 3 supplements. They're healthy because they don't NEED supplements, they get all their nutrition from food.
I have eaten beans & nuts etc, I always get so bloated. I have had major problems with my gut, burning, a lot of health problems. I just bought 2 of his books, and his vitamins. I am so prepared to do this, because I am 59, and sick of my health problems. If it doesn’t work, I have not waisted a lot of money, but so far, I am very impressed with the food.
if you follow the data you'd realize that for over the past 30+ years hardly NO Americans have followed the dietary recommendations. entire volumes have been written about this subject. less than 3% of Americans meet the minimum of Fruits and vegetables and exercise . and thats a pretty low bar considering the pathetic dietary allowances over the years with the food pyramid and my now plate and the minimum exercise being something like 30 min a few times a week. numerous studies have been done on the subject (numbers vary but they are consistently over the 90% mark on average for non compliance ) over the past decades. here's something more recent study : www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2937576/ the fact of the matter is most Americans eat trash. another fact : beans are not a staple of the standard american diet the most commonly eaten vegetables and fruits are tomatoes in the form or ketchup, potatoes in the form of fatty fried french fries and greasy assed potatoes chips , wheat in the form of WHITE refined flour hamburger buns etc etc Americans dont eat much or any significant amounts of whole plant foods so I find it odd that another study has been done Ill edit this comment and post when I find it but beer is one of our top 5 dietary antioxidant sources let that sink in... edit: beer is the 5th greatest source of antioxidants in the American diet: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/pmid/20096093/ nutritionfacts.org/video/antioxidant-content-of-3139-foods/ www.orac-info-portal.de/download/ORAC_R2.pdf

My blood pressure has lowered and i feel better in 2 weeks by just removing most lectins i know of since researching Dr Gundry. Im not liking this edited version on your "show". Be transparent. Ive bought his book and its on its way. I'll make my mind up on whats best for me.
Thanks to this program I followed Dr. Gundry's protocol and I'm today 3 years free from my autoimmune disease!

My mother did the same.

I agree, they cut him off and did not allow him to finish his thoughts.
He’s a scammer 1000%
A lot of people are going from a S>A>D> diet to a diet with no processed food. Obviously your health is going to improve when you stop poisoning your self with additives, seed oils and other fake foods but it's not because you stopped eat fruits and vegetables, etc.
This wasn’t a debate at all, this was just a sound bite from each Dr. I wanted to hear Dr Gundry’s response and they didn’t give him the opportunity to actually have a debate. I think Joe Rogan should get these two doctors on his podcast!
Yes I love Joe Rogan!
Gundry is a grifter and charlatan
Gundry is a straight up quack and a charlatan. Don't bother with him
Dr.Gundry's way of eating has helped me with the inflammation I've had in my hip for the last 3-plus years. I've been following his advise for the last 6 months and my hip pain is down to about a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10(10 being the worst). I am using his way of eating as a tool to help MY health and it is working, so THANK YOU-Dr.Gundry for your advise!!
look into turmeric WITH black pepper. must have BP in it...or added to it. It is miraculous for inflammation.
Lectin becomes a problem when they pass through your gut lining. Which prolly has more to do with your liver health.
Focus here is on lectins... but these foods also contain saponins, which are not removed by cooking. Hope you can find your way to repair so that there is less bad effect. I wont spam here...
brown rice has tons of arsenic u want that?
I was pretty angry at first seeing this video... How unfair they were to DR. Gundry! then I read all the comments below feeling justified, so glad a lot of people know and experienced the truth and defending DR. Gundry. I had stopped watching these main stream DR shows, not much you can learn from them... after the same old standard treatment protocol... do American people get healthier??
Dr. Gundry's Plant Paradox diet helped me with my osteoarthritis that was killing my fingers. Now it's completely gone.
Actually pressure cookers are quite common in Latin America.
Vegin Chile. Not before modern technology
Belle V the pressure cooker was invented in the 1700s.

From the sounds of the questions he was asked, it sounds as though they hadn't even READ his material beyond a cursory glance at the food list.
Sorry.
Ou
There could be some jealousy here because Gundry makes a lot of money scamming people. Regardless, the science is not on his side. Thats a fact.

Dr G doesnt say not to eat legumes ! He tells u how to cook them to avoid digestion issues!

Never, EVER saw any Italian cook beans with a pressure cooker. Sorry, bullshit right there.

I know kids who eat burritos with beans get bad bloating and has diarrhea so who the fuck knows.
@@TheJustinHit _"so who the f knows"_
I'm going to get out of a limb here and say that you most certainly do not know.
Dr Gundry not only looks better which is a clear indication of greater health but also has more evidence to support his arguments in his resources

Doc Kahn needs to retire, as does "The Doctors" show. Dr Gundry will move on despite your ignorance.
( I did not eat Dairy, gluten free 90%
I stay away from Sugar.) I did that along with exercise and the pain finally left. Does that mean no one should eat tomatoes? No but if you have inflammatory issues you should look at Dr. Gundry's recommendation.
We can have inflammatory issues and not even know it. Blood vessels are quite uncomplaining.
no doubt many following Gundrys diet will improve especially coming from the typical horrible american diet. But, that doesn't mean its best or more importantly, that its best in the long term. Glad you are better though. My own reading shows me clearly that the science favors Kahn's arguments
@@philipbrown2225 i tried vegan, vegetarian, keto, peleo. I juiced, did gluten free and did raw diet. It wasn't until i tried Gundry's diet until my body healed. Now when i say heald... everyone thought i was in top shape. But i just felt a bit off... slight brain fog; joints had slight pressure. I went full Plant Paradox and noticed immediate gains that keep getting better even after 2 years.
@@philipbrown2225 bingo! Anything that gets you of the standard American diet will show improvements in health. Does that support the argument that lectins are poison? No.
Dr Grundy is strong enough to put up with so much fud against him.
Dr Gundry doesn’t have a big mouth, but a big brain to deal with bullies and big heart to stay calm
No pressure cookers in Europe? Modern technology? A pressure cooker? Italians make Espresso under pressure.
Not where the Blue Zone populations live. They live the longest healthiest lives on Earth!
Google Blue Zone diet.
Ummm. They didn't even let Dr. Gundry talk.
That’s because he’s a scammer
@@666DanMartin - well, if you want to convince me someone is a scammer, let me listen to his counterarguments and hear that they’re corrupt. Otherwise I’ll think that the conversation is rigged and rather stand by “the scammer”.
umm they did.. he said he has it in his book to eat beans but only with a pressure cooker, which Dr. Kahn refuted
@@piotrkolasa182arguments were given by both sides.. maybe there is another longer vid.,, but he didnt seem to want to counter argue anymore
They let him talk enough. As usual it was just BS.
I'm with Dr. Gundry. All his products work great. I take them every day.

@@gamerguyofgamesandstuff4294Fantastic logic. If he says it works he has to be telling the truth.
Gotta call bullshit on that one.
what an unprofessional show, theres always 2 sides of every story, the story in this show is one sided.....
A strong sign that Gundry is a quack is the number of ads that feature his name and picture! Hype is not proof of quackery, but it's highly correlated!
Judging from temperament alone, all points to Dr Gundry. That other guy was hot-headed, and rather rude. Dr Gundry was calm and more believable. If only he had the chance to speak more...
at least they could have let dr gundry explain a bit it's easy saying he got roasted when he had no chance to talk
ignoring, of course, the fact that he got to talk quite a lot ....
Um, when?
listen to the audio this time.
This wasn't the entire clip
Julia Becker Take a guess, this clip is under 4 minutes long. The show is either 30 or 60 minutes long.
Dr Kahn could at least have given Dr Gundry the respect that was afforded to him and allowed Dr Gundry to speak. Dr Kahn appeared to only want his opinion heard so he over spoke Dr Gundry.
That’s the way it is with a bullies . And know it alls .
Erm, did you watch the whole show? No. Gundy had plenty of time to shill his supplements.
Totally agree.
Did you eat peeled/seeded nightshades vegetables or did you avoid all together during ur lectin free diet?
Sounds like you both were obese, which would be the cause of most of that.
amazing- thanks for sharing.
whole thing was biased.
Sorry, you are wrong. From a person who live in a bean-eating country
One sided! Praise to Dr. Grundy for being calm and just let these jealous one sided unfair people burst into jealousy.
Soaking beans helps them cook much faster. That's why people did it. That was before pressure cookers.
Paige Blank Exactly!
Vera Filatova exactly
mister Etic well said
whilst it is nice to see gundry actually be shut up for once in a debate, since all doctors are essentially the same in how they defend their ideas to the point of death, I have inflammation that is related to food.
I agree it seems that way to me too,,,our futures almost seem doomed before they can happen these days,,,,
If you do the research you may find that the results of eating the way Dr Gundry is suggesting speak for themselves.
He was talking about traditional generations, not the more resent ones.
Not to be prejudice. I work in the medical field. Fast foods have destroyed our younger population. We have had an increase in liver biopsies, on a daily basis due to fatty liver and obesity. 99% Hispanic. I am not a statistician, but I see this every day.
Nwonk Un do you work at a mesical facility surrounded by hispanics?
Wow! I will NEVER watch or trust "The Doctors" ever again! I have MS and Dr Gundry has been a LIFE SAVER ❤
hi Michelle.
This show is a fraud! With FDA puppet masters having most of these sheep in a trance. I don't wanna be slaughtered with the rest of these sheep.
@@user-nd1lx8co2g I'm new to it too and I ordered a pressure cooker the other day and look forward to using it. My doctor suggested I read Gundry's book to see if I'll learn how to prevent migraines
gundry is a snakeoil salesman
Craig D what’s your logic behind that? When obviously, real people with inflammatory diseases have found real success from his diet.
in the small part i heard you didnt allow Gundry to answer Biased
the point is that Gundry has no science to back his claims
How would we know from watching this video. They did not give him much time to respond to the attacks. I wanted to hear what he had to say to the pressure cooker charge.
@@traceler BRO GO LOOK AT GUNDRYS PODCASTS HE GIVES MORE SOLID PROOF THAN ANY OF THE BIASED SCIENTIFIC PAPERS IN WHICH MOST ARE ALTERED ANYWAYS TO THE OUTCOME THE RESEARCHER WANTS. he has literally saved so many lives BY RESIGNING AS WORLD FAMOUS HEART SURGEON to try and fix the problem from the root rather than covering it up with more surgeries. this man is so admirable for that. he resigned being a heart surgeon because it went against his morals he said. thats more scientific proof than anyone will ever need. i don't see anyone saying "wow that other doctor changed my life with his advice" but i do see everyone who takes gundrys advice that it did change their life drastically. Dr. Gundry has made people with reoccurring heart disease that he'd treat with surgery, made their heart disease go away WHICH BTW IS UNHEARD OF IN EVERY MEDICAL BOOK YOU READ. (he even said that) heart disease is not supposed to be fixed yet he has somehow managed to do that with patients he has important things to share and it'd be wise to just open your mind to hear what he has to say.
Dr. Steven Gundry should've been given a chance to respond. I am a European who has noticed that corn and beans are cooked for a long time in a technically similar process to a pressure cooker and contrary to modern advice about not destroying ingredients in fresh foods. I like his theory and if he needs to make money from his work in a capitalist society then so be it. I cannot believe the hosts of this show allowed such a biased annoying commentary.
Describe the "technically similar to a pressure cooker" process.
Modern medicine has always concluded that beans need to be well cooked. This is not new. The evidence that they need to be cooked in a pressure cooker is weak to zero. The evidence that tomato skin is poisonous is non existent.
@@fabioq6916 I meant, if I can remember, to say slowly cooked, simmered food, most probably. I believe tomatoes are not as bad as people have claimed.
I think I was trying to say too much, and rushed my comment
Holy shit, this destroyed the very last scrap of credibility I had for this show!
Its flawed coz.its not Dr Kahn making the money.
Where ya at now? Just wondering
Do your own experiment and find the truth.
have you tried pressure cooking them
Fair enough.
Steven Gundry deserves a Nobel prize. He's right.
This was a terrible show! and I am disappointed in how the doctors let a bully talk all over a respected Doctor like Dr Gundry
Dr Gundry is a pioneer - Thank you Dr Gundry
5 Words. Whole Foods plant-based diet
It is discouraging and unmotivating for people with little to no knowledge to even go out there and try to obtain some because of how fucking inconsistent and pathetic the health industry is. I think it is safe to say that they want to profit off of our illness.
Dr Gundry is my hero. Saving lives
I can't believe how the doctors did not let Dr G talk. I am with Dr G as well on this. The doctors should do more research. It is like they want us to go to the doctors to get more drugs instead of be healthy. Again Dr G is very right about living well with a healthy diet.
As Bogart once said "you hit the nail on the head sweetheart ", unfortunately for majority of doctors medical is just a business ,,patients getting better is not in their financial interest ,,,
This Episode was a Hit piece. I'm on Dr Gundry's side on this one. KETO with 16hrs IF is my way to go.
Gundry had points that were better yet you were there to scrutinize, not to debate impartially with an open mind.
you nailed it.
Poor Dr. Gundry, this is what happens when you get the food industry mad at you.
BS, Grundry is a quack at best.
extremely rude for everyone there to not give Dr. Gundry a chance to speak.
This was stacked to one side. No true debate of the facts.
That look Gundry made is so great 0:52
Cabbage and legumes are really killers especially if you don’t pressure cook them. I had cabbage and a legume soup while pregnant and ended up in the ER from GI problems!!!!
Seems like one side is doing a lot more talking than the other. Was this supposed to be a discussion or an attack?
Hey, how are you now? How the story continued, pleeeease?
You are a real one.

people do. only a small hand full of agenda driven people try and fail to dispute him.
Yes. He rehearsed the points he wanted to attack Dr. G. with. He failed. Hit piece for sure.
Dr. Gundry, did research from the old countries, and he's the Doctor
Who care for our longevity, not money. Thanks Dr. Gundry for caring about Humanity.
LOL you want me to trust a show that edits it's program in such a way to completely cut out one doctor's argument in what they're calling "a debate?" This is embarrassing.
This is a hit piece. He needs to respond and video doesn’t show that. This is strong man argument, shit down the other even just by not showing what he has to say what a bs dialing this is
Why won't they let Gundry talk?
Instead of receiving literally the Nobel price for his very consistent hard work regarding medical discovery of the century they invited him to be bullied, intimidated and humiliated on the national tv-show.
For troublemakers and some of the people who usually enjoy making drama by barking loudly non-sense in a circle it was a pretty successful smear campaign but not for the people who already experienced both opinions and they know on which side is the magic real truth.
Why didn’t Dr. Gundry come back with, “were there B12 and omega-3 (along with many others) supplements in the past?”
Do the they believe in right of reply on this show?
Dr. Gundry, we are with you . This is just bullying.
Right because the standard American diet that the cardiologists recommend has worked so well over the past few decades.
if you follow the data you'd realize that for over the past 30+ years hardly NO Americans have followed the dietary recommendations. entire volumes have been written about this subject.
less than 3% of Americans meet the minimum of Fruits and vegetables and exercise
.
and thats a pretty low bar considering the pathetic dietary allowances over the years with the food pyramid and my now plate and the minimum exercise being something like 30 min a few times a week.
numerous studies have been done on the subject (numbers vary but they are consistently over the 90% mark on average for non compliance ) over the past decades.
here's something more recent study :

the fact of the matter is most Americans eat trash.
another fact : beans are not a staple of the standard american diet the most commonly eaten vegetables and fruits are tomatoes in the form or ketchup, potatoes in the form of fatty fried french fries and greasy assed potatoes chips , wheat in the form of WHITE refined flour hamburger buns etc etc Americans dont eat much or any significant amounts of whole plant foods so I find it odd that
another study has been done Ill edit this comment and post when I find it but beer is one of our top 5 dietary antioxidant sources let that sink in...
edit:
beer is the 5th greatest source of antioxidants in the American diet:

Raw Zombie this is one of the best comments ever. Thank you for this. I wish more people knew what you know. When you get a chance, check out the episode on dr. Steven Gundry #WorstOfTheFoodIndustry ... His sensationalism damages people's lives.
The cardiologist wasn't recommending the standard American diet.
Raw Zombie thank you!
Red Pill Vegan as you ask other people to provide scientific links/proof in other posts, I would ask you where you proof is for patients who's lives are worsened because of Gundry's diet?
I wish I could find the full episode of this? I can’t find a single full episode of the doctors on RUclips
I love the book The Plant paradox
I read fairytales, too
@@JohnBlutarski cool, thanks for sharing 👍
My blood pressure has lowered and i feel better in 2 weeks by just removing most lectins i know of since researching Dr Gundry. Im not liking this edited version on your "show". Be transparent. Ive bought his book and its on its way. I'll make my mind up on whats best for me.
