Increased Ground Clearance. When it comes to tackling the most demanding off-road terrain, the stock height of your truck simply isn’t enough. The Rough Country 4-inch Suspension Lift Kit will increase the ground clearance of your 2015-2017 4WD F-150 and will also level the stance of your truck and eliminate the rakish look for better off-road clearance. Featuring N2.2 Series rear shock absorbers that perform better than the factory shocks, this 4-inch lift kit also includes strut spacers, anti-wrap lift blocks, brackets, and U-bolts to upgrade the all-terrain capabilities of your rig. This Rough Country 4-inch Lift Kit will accommodate 33” x 12.50 tires.
Rugged Quality. This 4-inch lift kit from Rough Country is constructed to handle the extreme demands of various off-road terrain. The N2.2 rear shock absorbers are equipped with heavy duty chrome hardened 17.5mm piston rods with a large 41.4mm bore. Best of all, this 4-inch lift kit is backed by a limited lifetime warranty so you can forge any type of terrain without worrying about the integrity of your lift kit.
Professional Installation Required. This Rough Country 4-inch Suspension Lift Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade that requires the trained hands of a professional mechanic. Minor drilling and trimming are required. This kit is perfect for the 2015 to 2017 F-150 equipped with 4WD. This lift kit is not applicable to the F-150 Raptor. Factory wheels, with a maximum width of 11.5", can be used with this lift kit however a 1/4" wheel spacer will be necessary. Wheels 18" and larger, with a 4.5" backspacing, will fit without issue.

I got this kit put on my 2016 F150. I had a reputable 4x4 shop put this is on for me in about 2 days plus an alignment and tire installation. I took this lift to some Nevada sand and highland mud up by Reno to go shoot and take my dirt bike out for some fresh air. My verdict is that its not a bad kit. I could've gone big and spend big money but it's pointless really it's not like I'm racing in the Baja 500 to work everyday. This kit took a beating with 7k miles and it's still going. The ride quality will diminish but is by no means a daily driver suspension kit. It is "rough" hence the name. Don't come here getting mad a kit that's $1400 dollars at best and expecting it to hit some dunes or jumps like its some high end FOX racing kit. This kit is for guys that aren't crazy about bogging in mad but rather more concerned about clearance and light off road use. 33x12.5x18 Nitto ridge grapplers with KMC XD Fusions, I have no regrets with this kit.
You’re saying this lift kit isn’t good for daily driving?
@@p2o8wer If your commute is short than you won't really notice. The struts are a bit on the cheap side. I'm noticing the ride is staring to get a lil squishy now with 20k on the struts. If you daily your truck and want an off road capable truck go for something a lil more expensive that has the ability to adjust the dampening of the shocks.
@@danielg201286 I’m not worried about going off road much. It’s a daily. So I’d like to have a nice comfortable ride as much as possible.
I've had this lift for about a year now on my 2016 F-150. It's been great. However, I recently had bushings on both my upper left and right control arms start squeaking. The truck had 150,000 miles on it, and I'm sure these are the original uppers and bushings. I wonder that since the kit uses the stock uppers, that if the slight higher position of the arms caused the bushings to start squeaking? I'll be replacing both, and will most likely opt for a new stock set of uppers.
Same with mines, I just had to replace both my upper from stock to rough country upper because of bushings
can fit 35s on a 4in lift easy. i got 34s on a 2in level
Did you have to trim for it?
@@balloony2850 no.
I'm gunna buy it... Not gunna tell the wife until after credit card bill comes through lol
That's a brave move...
I mean i fit 35s with 20x12 wheels with a 2 inch leveling kit with minor cutting so you can definitely fit 35s with no issue
What offset are your wheels? Thanks in advance, brother!
I put on 305/70/18 on factory wheels with a 2” level kit. That’s 35-12-18 tires. No grinding or other mods needed.
See, i agree. Thought there would be plenty of room with a 4” for 35s
@@Dwheeler3 Did the 2 inch leveling kit include any rear blocks? Or just the front?
You think I could add 35 with fox suspension. I believe the fox suspension adds two inches
I wonder - how much heavier is the cast-iron knuckle vs the aluminum (forged?) one from the factor? Do you notice the extra weight in the ride quality?
Hi im going to use level kit 4 inch on my ford f150 2016 what size of blocks can i use on the back please
Any new videos for the 2001 body style lift kits and bumpers?

How much will that kit install cost $
Can this fit on a 2016 toyota tacoma ?
What about ride quality?
Could I pair this lift with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics 1.75 to 3-Inch Suspension Lift System; Stage 5?
what size are those aftermarket wheels and tires in the video
what is different with the 2018s?
Im doing 4inch lift for a dodge ram 1500 and doesn't have that much stuff ...why?
does this use the stock upper control arm?
Yes
Do you have to shorten the rack?
First time I’ve ever heard Rough Country called a “premium lift.”
Hahaha I was thinking the same thing.
I thought a RC was a poor mans lift. Lol
Because the price is at a minorly lower point? you probably get your lift installed at a shop 😂 shut up please
Not to mention stacking blocks... just no...
0:41 drop knuckles?
can it be upgraded to fox 2.0 shocks?
Jst go BDS. U get fox coilover reservoir shocks in front and fox shocks in back and better ride and longevity. BDS is the best!!!!😁😁😁
33s are better than 35s because not only don't 33s require fender modifications, but your truck stays the same height.
that was very involved
Rough country was terrible on my Jeep don’t trust them for my new ford lol
What a shitty lift kit.
Go BDS or nothing.
BDS does it right and over builds it big time!!!!!
