    I have a 2013 Ford F-150 fx4 eco post and wanted to get the 4.5 in lift kit from super lift but was wondering would coilover fit in the future for the front or back and what size.

    I have the 6” lift installed. Is there anyway I can lower it to 4.5 ?

    Does this lift allow you to use your factory Ford 20"s wheels? I know you can cram 35's on a leveling kit no problem, but with Lift kits I'm getting a lot of conflicting information about whether you can use you factory 20"s wheels or not, or whether you have to get aftermarket wheels.

      I had my stock 20s on my 4 inch zone for about a week until my new ones arrived had no problems, I believe if your tire is too wide it might rub on the inside components.

    2017 - Can I keep my stock 20" rims and put 295/65 tires on with this kit?

      @imkindafuckingretardedbut9194 4 года назад +1

      Yes. You can go all the way up to 35s with a 4” lift. Sorry I’m late.

    • @NoonMight
      @NoonMight 4 года назад +1

      You definitely can. I have a 2.5” level and i still fit 35” tires on 20” rims, might have to do a little trim but i want to get this lift for the extra night.

    • @lloydhendricks5370

      @@NoonMight So I ended up going with a BDS 4" and adding the Fox 2.0 leveling coilovers to the front. Backed them down to just .5" to achieve the 4.5" look of this lift. It was pricey for sure but I like the BDS warranty and plan to have this truck at least another 7-8 years.
      As for the wheels, kept the stock platinum 20" and put my old 295/65 on, but went ahead and cut the crash bars since I plan on upgrading to a bigger set of wheels/tires soon, probably around spring break.

      Did you have to run rear wheel spacers?

    • @lloydhendricks5370
      @lloydhendricks5370 3 года назад +1

      @@michael5704 not with the 295/65-20 but I did just this month put 35x12.50-20 Ridge Graps on and it needed .25" spacers in the front. Without the spacers it would just barely rub the sidewalls on the knuckle. I may not have needed them if I went with a less aggressive pattern sidewall on the tires, like maybe the Terra Grappler.
      No spacer needed on the rear.

    • @Papi-mg5ck
      @Papi-mg5ck 6 лет назад +1

      Yes but you can fit 35s on a level kit on a Ford F150. I have a 17 F150 with a level with 35's on 20x9 wheels, rubs a little on the plastic when i turn right but thats it.
