A blizzard is more powerful than any car wash and would have washed the hair away better than a car wash would. Also, there would be skin tissue and blood from impact to cause gross bodily injuries from a car or large SUV. Also your theory is not consistent with how she testified. She testified that the hair was loose you can see in the pictures it was loose and it offered no resistance when she plucked it off with tweezers. @@SteazyNicksbut my point is this. It did not shatter from impact at John she cracked it when she hit John's car there's video of it. But it was not completely shattered like it is now. If you look at the car now the light has been completely removed. They shattered it when it was in police custody so that they could plant the pieces later in the day
I dont feel comfortable answering that question!! IS THAT ALLOWED..IS THAT AN OPTION??!!!
Mmm that scratches is a dog
Close it's actually dog bites. I know they look like scratches but dogs when they have a soft bite and keep slipping on their grip will leave marks like that. I've seen it in real life many many times doing German Shepherd rescue and protection dog training. There's a video with Melanie Little attorney American standard canine look it up on RUclips he will show you identical marks
This is the most annoying trial. They rarely do 2 days in a roll....
Exactly they started off good & were having a trail everyday .
The judge seem to be in a hurry to end this case.
Now we only have one day of trail a week.
This case is so flipping😮 messed up , get to the point & stop with the 🐂💩.
I call BS
This poor kid Ashley....you can hear how scared and nervous her voice is. .
Great job State of Mass another traumatized person. Unnecessary!
The younger woman forensic is doing a great job! Wow pieces of the brake light! 😮
He was attacked in the basement, the men punched him so hard causing the two black guys cut on his nose he fell back hit his head started losing 3 l of blood, which is why they ripped up the flooring in the basement before they quickly sold off the home and got rid of the dog, he had a seizure, vomited and while they were attacking him Chloe began tearing out his shirt and his arm biting over and over again as her grip slipped because of his shirt so she would re attack over and over. Because she was not a trained police dog, she had what's called a soft bite and she did not clamp down and stay on the bite so that's why there are so many marks. Then, they realized they took the fight too far and laid them out on the lawn to die and Jen McCabe googled how long to die to make sure he was dead in the morning. They may have originally planned to frame the snow plow driver but Karen found him first.
Ok T.B. 😂😂😂@@primalcritters
Very weird she doesn't feel comfortable answering a question about normal wear and tear. 🤦
This is a murder trail and that's not her job. Maureen Hartlet is a Forensic Scientist not a damage control analyst
Exactly , why not???? Why can’t she answer a simple question, that is her job..
not a very good at her job or was she told to say , she didn’t remember .
@@geneforman3515it most certainly is part of being a FS as she indicated a dent in the car didn't she?
Is the video speeded up. Sounds weird.
Frozen snow and salt attaches to vehicles. You have to take your vehicle to a car wash to get the salt off. This is how the glass, hair, and other trace evidence attached to Killer Karen's SUV. And this how it remained stick to Killer Karen's SUV
Another Jen McCabe troll. It defies the laws of physics as well as medicine and logic to suggest that 6000 lb of metal moving with inertia would not cause gross bodily injuries and only hurt the back of someone's head, no broken femur no broken pelvis no broken torso, and bite their arm like a dog. No jury will buy this she will be found not guilty and you are deluded. It is impossible and the FBI has confirmed this. The FBI also confirms Jen McCabe's search and all of her infamous butt dials

Again, you're trying to fit evidence to a different crime. This is not a vehicular homicide. Perhaps your brain is slightly too vapid to comprehend.
Not surprised there is some trace evidence of ofgicer okeefe in or on miss reads suv.they cohabitated so it is as normal as her dna and trace evidence of hers being in his vehicle. Just saying@ bethmccrae2714
If you’re not guilty why would you get rid of your dog, phone, and sell your house. C’mon MAN. .
This lady is trying very hard to be very smart and professional at her job.
Not working.
was he found facedown or up? He was still alive for sometime, if he had been driven over would he not have been screaming!
Not if he was banged against a hard blunt surface as the cut on the back of his skull indicates. He was unconscience at 12:37 am as he didnt respond to or make any calls
His cell phone remained in location where he was found by karen😮. He was covered in snow face up.carroe robert s had to remove snow from his face & head
The lawyers speaking to the witnesses need a better mic 🎤 very heard to hear them !
We are very suffocated today they can wear a mic 🎤 on their suit jackets, just saying!
Kiddy forensics. Needs to watch tv sometime.
Marks on his arm are from the dog it’s obvious one of them looks like an actual tooth bite . I have been bitten before and definitely from a dog
Millions of ums ums ums
Meant defense haha
OJO had a sweeter on when found but he arrives and left Karen in a T shirt ?
Why does she keep looking to her left when answering?? Who is she trying to convince?? She certainly isn’t very professional or know what she’s talking about.
I don't trust or like her incompetence... constantly looking at the jurors tells us that she is corrupt....
I think it’s supposed to be a good thing to look at the jurors….but all I can think of is amber heard lol. I had to be a witness in a murder case and I just looked at the attorney because it was nerve wracking. This has to be worse cuz they know it’s online, so to me the ones that are cognizant of the jurors have a plan going into it and that strikes me as manipulative ….amber heard vibes like I said
@@utesandoval-fy7tqyou're told to look at the jurors when testifying. That's who you're talking to, besides the attorneys. That's not corruption. That's exactly what a good witness does.
The jury. This is a jury trial. As opposed to a bench trial.
Seeing the broken red big pc of her tailight, i can see how the double line scratches were on victims arm from the double edge of that pc. The small clear ones seem to match up to the scratches on his arm too
Did you not watch any of this? There is zero bruising which is the minimum expected after a pedestrian vehicle collision. It was not a vehicle. At this point we know you’re one of the McAlberts.
Thats SUV look like she hit a tree or he was the iron Man too much damages for hit a person don't mixed something not right a hair only a movie too much drama and nothing mach
I'm surprised Karen seemed to have no reaction to the bloody shirt. Some say maybe she's medicated. The prosecution is doing an awful job and they got stuck with duds for witnesses. The second woman today was painful to watch.
KR never has a reaction to anything of which I truly find hugely ODD🤦♀️
I have wondered the same thing and I wondered it was because she has looked at these images many times over the past two years? That was my guess
@@BamaMom26she has been railroaded for 2 years. She has to be stoic and strong because her life literally the rest of her life is on the line. She is stoic and strong because she knows that these people are so f****** full of s*** and John was killed in that home in the basement by the men as they attacked him and Chloe attacked him as well. She's starting to soften up and smile a little bit because as the evidence of bulshit comes out she's realizing the jury is not buying this BS and so she can relax a little bit. Today she even smiled so that was nice to see. The poor woman is paying close to a million dollars if not more for legal bills for something that she did not do and should not be on trial for.
