Many many times she does it for speculation or blatant hearsay. It's honestly glaringly obvious to a lawyer, especially a trial lawyer. I can’t understand all the irrelevant questions or why every witness has such trouble telling the truth… so strange for so many people to be tripping up or changing basic information easily disproven. It shows an arrogance that is unique to this type of situation/person.

It’s established the snow storm wasn’t a surprise. He could have gotten some answers. It’s clear something happened and she had to leave. It’s clear he was told not to give a timeline because there wasn’t a body on the lawn. A person that’s use to plowing isn’t observant enough to notice a body on a lawn before the snow got worse?
