I Could Not Convict her due to his injuries. If she ran over him there would be more injuries to the waist down and the injuries to the waist up truly say a physical altercation

Agree. One punch to the nose explains both black eyes. Falling backwards explains the gash down to the bone on the back of his head, head injury explains the vomiting. Fighting with someone in the house caused the dog to get involved.
Where is his coat? I imagine he took it off when he went inside.
Where is his hat, belt and shoe? If he’d been hit by a car, it would be close to his body but I’ve never seen a hit by car knock a belt off
Where are the two pints of blood he lost when they only found a few drops near his body?

Witness Katie McLaughlin (a Canton Firefighter/Paramedic) graduated from Canton High w/ Caitlin Albert in 2014. When the Defense brought up photos of McLaughlin socializing & being in the same friend group w/ Caitlin Albert, Lally objected to the jury seeing those photos. Judge Cannone sustained.
This jury is being deprived of any knowledge & evidence of the many ways in which the Alberts had their hands in this investigation. *Kevin Albert, Brian Albert's brother, arranged Katie McLaughlin's interview* w/ MSP Trooper Proctor _AFTER_ Canton PD was expelled & Massachusetts State Police was assigned to investigate instead (due to a _conflict of interest_ with Kevin & Brian's relationship). Kevin was conflicted out & then spoke to the witness - which could be called "witness tampering!"
This is the _ONLY_ witness who claims to have heard Karen say she hit John, and she happens to be biased - yey the judge doesn't want the jury to know that! In fact, she prevented them from knowing it, and they must instead infer the truth solely from Jackson's unanswered questions of McLaughlin as to who arranged her police interview. This is a violation of Karen Read's rights & prohibitive of a fair trial.
A man was found deceased on Brian Albert's lawn, and NOBODY in his home at the time was ever investigated. The home was never SEARCHED. Trooper Proctor's text messages to friends revealed that the Alberts _wouldn't be investigated_ because Brian was "a Boston cop." The corruption has been *_displayed on a silver platter_*
and I don't think cars attack just the head and hands

@@John-tj4upoh no it’s not. There’s pics of them being at the beach together and attending a baby shower - recently. There’s something fishy about the defense not being able to show those pics and impeach that witness. And the Alberts know the judge as “Aunt Bev”. The whole trial is a farce

See Gavin Harris channel with retired cop from DEA. He broke this WHOLE CASE DOWN & said she is being absolutely SET UP. This is horrific. He explains IT ALL. I feel so bad for her. These cops here are totally corrupt also.
I watched that as well. Once it was all broken down, it was very clear that she’s being framed, imo.

this case is blown up. The Alberts son had friends over the same night. As was their daughter. Any one of them could have hit him. they both said the kids were there drinking along with the adults!!!!!
I’m in shock that the officer on the stand does not remember important details like what was the injured man wearing or did the officer remember if he had his lights and sirens on.
It seems like all the witnesses can’t remember anything unless it suits them.
Why not assume he's on someone's couch? He's a grown man. Why freak out and drive around looking for him in the snow?? Because you hit him with your car in a drunken menopausal rage and left him to die.
CA today in his testimony on the stand said he didn't think she was drunk.
Except the prosecution is having trouble proving any of that.

@@DooLallyher blood was taken at the hospital she was taken to the ED by ambulance and her BAL was taken and she was still over the limit hours after she stopped drinking . Wait it will come up .
She’s guilty and either way she has to live with what she has done not only ended John’s life but has ruined so many other lives with her lies to stay out of prison she’s a piece of work I’ll give her that .
This prosecutor is terrible! Clears his throat multiple times before and during every single question. Awful questions! “Do you binge watch Yellowstone”? 🙄 “What if anything” multiple times. And on and on! Asked the same questions!
Most killers don’t go back and try to save the persons life. I really think this was a accident if she hit him. If she told everyone why wasn’t she arrested. That’s the question I have. The judge needs to turn her volume off

I don’t understand that it was so cold that night…..first of all it normally doesn’t snow big chunks below freezing. Snow starts at 32 degrees. It sounds like the way snow was described, wet with large flakes….it could not have been that cold.

I think that's actually a type of tactic the prosecutor uses, like a 'nothing to see here, do not pay attention to any detail' sometimes this works in the lawyer's favor ...it's taught in law school.
