@@darkheartlightsoul It takes courage to struggle with severe depression. He made amazing music while fighting his own personal torment for years. That shouldn't be belittled. Suicide isn't black or white.
@@newblor Also killing yourself takes a ton of courage too. Your brain and body do everything to avoid dying, inflicting it on yourself isn't an easy task. As someones who been there before I know it all too well. I never understood it when people call that the "easy way out". Whatever he was experiencing was clearly too much for him. Such a shame as he seemed to be a great funny guy and seriously talented musician. He'll be missed but his music thankfully lives on!
I was lucky enough to see FR twice and meet Scott twice and he was the most down-to-earth humble humorous friendly guy I've ever met behind stage and me and my ex-wife we miss him dearly.
I sometimes go back and read his twitter feed 😢 lost far too soon. His star burned too bright for us, but we can bathe in his light long after he's gone thanks to his amazing music ❤
It's so weird, I nearly saw Frightened Rabbit about 10 times, and never did. But I walked into 2 shows without knowing Scott was doing a solo slot- this, and supporting the Hold Steady in London. Little random gifts.
Thanks for posting - I’d love to know what other tracks Scott sang that night? Obviously I’d especially love to see more footage, but it would make my day to know what other songs he chose. Thanks
"We've lost a lot of great musical heroes over the last couple of years, one in particular..." Scott Hutchison.
Scott Hutchison didn’t say that lol
I miss these mother fuckers so much. The guy who's singing, and the one he's channelling
^^^^^^ this
You can tell he was struggling here. Absolute hero. RIP.
he's not a hero he commited suicide that is an inti-hero

Amazingly talented and gifted musician, forever young 💔🥀
If you have any more footage of Scott from that night, Michael, I am sure I speak for everyone but we would love to see it. Kieran

Fantastic.
Scott was a hugely talented individual with so much love around him. He doesn't look well here 💔
So true 😪 Does anybody know what his last months were like?
So good

When i was watching The Silence of the Lambs and listening this song i was thinking about Scott - really similar guitar, And then i found this...
Not one dislike.. Yes yes yes.

Omg rip king
Anyone know the chords & tuning Scott is playing?
The original song is in D. I think he’s just playing it transposed a whole step in C.
i wish someone coulda talked him out of jumping into the north sea
What a terrible loss🥲
