Thank you! This instruction was so clear and thorough. I especially appreciated what you taught me about the state of the bobbin thread after the top thread breaks. No one has ever discussed this or what to do to deal with it. Thank you!!
I really appreciate this info as I frequently get small "nests" of top thread on the bottom of the quilt when I end a thread. Thanks so much for posting this, Renae.
Renae, I do not have lightning stitch. Is that why you are able to move your machine away from the stitching point? I can not do that with my older model Innova, the bobbin thread will break. I have to manually pull up the top thread to move the machine to then be able to move the machine. Is this correct or have I been doing it wrong all this time?!!!
Hi Angie, I think it is because of the type of thread you are using. When I use a delicate thread I need to pull the thread manually to make some slack. This was probably a stronger thread.
Best starting and stopping tutorial I’ve seen! Thank you!
Fabulous. Keeping it simple. Much appreciate these pointers.
I can't thank you enough. Just got my long arm machine and this was never explained to me.
great videos Renae! please keep them coming.
Very clear and helpful. Thank you for using a different colored thread in the bobbin - made it very easy to see what you were doing. :)
