Thank you. You got your point across very well with a minimum of distracting “chatter”. Made it so easy to follow your instructions and follow them.

I wish there was more detail about the direction of winding each of the layers onto rollers.

You are an awesome teacher. I am soon going to own a Q’Nique 15R. I find your teaching skills excellent for me to follow along with you. I will be using the 8ft frame. Space is a premium or I would go the King Size model. Looking forward to starting. Thanks so much! x

which way (to the inside or over to the outside) does the fabric roll onto the take-up roller at the top? Or does it matter?

I do NOT baste down the sides because you will not be able to work out any fullness from the center to the edges.
I also use the flat, flower pins that Grace Co sells. That way, as the quilt is rolled up, there are no big lumps. It's a matter of even spacing between pins.

I see how you do that, however, did you ever roll up the entire backing and batting first- when you did the partial quilt method. ?- OR Is the backing and batting lying on the floor in a pile the entire time?

You left out some steps here and it is leaving us a little confused. I have the new Continuum II Frame. The bars are in different places. I cannot find anyone explaining how to load this new frame. Can you help or steer me to someone who can?

    Why corsage pins?

I find that a sturdier pins will hold better , they don't bend and come loose when rolling the quilt.
