Very good video. I end up doing annual ring changes. Did you torque the nuts in a star pattern? This is recommend and seems to have good results. I also due a light first torque pass and then the final torque.
I've done 2 now, and I didn't star pattern either one. I just go around once with the makita then finish off with the torque. I make sure I mark them and check before every trackday. Nothing has moved on me yet but maybe a better idea to star it.
So you can use factory top hats with the girodisk replacement ring?
Kind of, girodisc offers 2 different rings. One for their hat and one for oem. Have to get the right one.

Great video! What was the paste you put on the wheel hub before putting the rotor on?
Just a little bit of antiseize to keep the rust down.
