@@christophercutchey2793 sometimes, I prefer the metal blades, but the swirl on these walls I needed to sort out. I felt the problem was too much for the speed skim to sort out. The speed skim, even the metal blades have a tendency to follow the peaks and troughs if they are quite severe.

Really nice job. How much did you charge for this if you don't mind me asking.

@@daronwinn4957 well this is a very small ceiling, I had a room downstairs that I did the day before, but this ceiling was not ready. I lined it up for an easy Friday, I was there until gone 1pm arrive just before 8. I’d say 200 if that’s all I had to do but there was other stuff I did in the house that was in a price.
For a full day, your own job, van etc. a fully comfident plaster should be hitting 250 a day for labour.
So yeah, for this, inc materials, just in a private house, 200 inc materials. Line it up for an easy Saturday maybe.

I do apologise , I edited 2 videos that day, I thought you was referring to the other one. Yeah the room. Say 450 inc materials, tops.

@@seanoxborough5830 yeah, the wet stuff is the worst . Thicker stuff not so bad as it sits on the eye, wet stuff, obviously you can’t help but close your eye when it goes in so in squishes all into you eye orbit, it is one of the worst things ever, hot needles in your eye for the next 24hrs! 😉
