My fiance just followed this video to make ribs on our smoker for the first time and they turned out incredible. Our friends said they were some of the best ribs they've ever had 😋

I got the same smoker. It's not as fancy as other ones, but it works great. I've smoked chicken, ribs, poppers, and sausage. I'll be smoking 3 racks of ribs and grilling some steak on it for Christmas

The recipe sounds absolutely amazing Jeff! And Tammy, I plan to even try the sauce when you put that heated honey in there. But y’all need to recycle for the planet sake, that Royal Oak offset! He’ll do more good turned into tuna cans then it will as an offset. Just go back to using the pit barrel or go buy an old country pits offset smoker! You’ll be a lot happier!

You really got me wanting to try this one. I like wow Tami says she likes that spicey kick towards the end of each bite, that sounds good

Is the lid on that smoker holding up? I was looking up the reviews. It was like 90% positive, but the negative reviews all said the lids broke off of the screws.

Hi there! How many times do you load the charcoal in the smoker? Or is it just one load? In other words, to smoke those ribs for 5 hours, how many loads did you need? thanks! very nice video.

I think I loaded pellets one additional time after starting with a full hopper.
