This is basically season 4 or 5 ( i know there was 3 seasons for sure) from Netflix daredevil series that was put on hold and stopped forever when Disney bought marvel. Getting all of the actors back for the main characters especially the actor that plays kingpin is great!

All of the Netflix shows in some way directly reference the first Avengers movie events and the fallout it had on the city of New York. It's why Hell's Kitchen is under reconstruction in the first season.

More than Kingpin, the perfect archenemy for Daredevil would be Bullseye. Physically he's the most valid and similar opponent, for him.

I would say yes, and no. Bullseye is the physical ennemy, kingpin is the spiritual ennemy. Daredevil is a two dimension character.
