Good morning Emilie :):) that was so fun and challenging for my mind and body ! I always appreciate the push for the extra push-up! I have gone through menopause now so I am making sure that I am focusing on strength and your flows are awesome for this! Last time I practiced with you, I did my first headstand. Today, I did side crow on my left side--another first. Not sure how but you are convincing an old dog she can do new tricks!!

Génial 😀😀 j'ai adoré ta transition pour changer de côté du tapis, jamais vue jusqu'à présent ! Et j'aime bcp passer de parsva konasana à EPK1 (je crois que c'est le 1 ?🤔) ; j'ai "inventé" le passage de ardha hanuman à ce même EPK1, tu peux le prendre si tu veux, c'est cadeau 😉
Tu m'as fait rire car j'ai cru que tu allais disparaître derrière le rideau, et quasiment pleurer avec tes mots de gratitude à la fin, tellement justes, mais dont on ne prend conscience que lorsuqe l'on perd telle ou telle capacité (bougerq, digérer correctement, etc). Merci Émilie pour cette pratique courte mais COMPLÈTE🙏🙏
