Been reading Modern Motor mag tests since the 80s and now love your modern youtube tests. Thumbs up for the street start!! Thats the kind of start most normal drivers use at the lights, yet hardly anyone tests it. A 0-100 in different takeoff modes would have been nice! Aussie roadtest rock.

Nah man, the receding hairlines dude don’t know how to drive. I’ve gotten 11.8 stock and 11 flat with just a intake and exhaust, and larger rear tires.
@@cryptoanjuna8343 still it's no where near it's competitors for me, they already gone for gear knob less, but bmw still keep the gear knob and years, and years, the dashboard doesn't really make a huge difference, despite people said they kept their old-school style, but I would said they couldn't catch up along with the competitors

@@SeanyMacks Oh don't get me wrong, I love the A45, I leased one for a few years. The B58 in the Supra can make silly power with 2k compared to 2k in upgrades for the A45.
@@chrisosullivan1500 No the Supra is not necessarily much better, these are very well matched cars. I will say the Supra has a very healthy aftermarket and much more activity going on with the scene to make them faster. 45s doesn't have that same cult following, regardless both great cars.
the one driving the mercedes is terible starter. The Supra need to give him a chance in round 3 by using 2nd gear for picking up..OMG...very slow respond driver..vomit blood.

@@bman1668 stock quarter mile on the 2020 Supra with 340hp is 12.0. So 11.7-11.8 seems reasonable for the 2021 since it has more power.

One very important factor not mentioned here: is the supra a 2020 or 2021 model year? There's a big difference between the two.
