Made this tonight. I did put racks on the cookie sheet to raise the chicken up. I baked it for 50 minutes on 400 degrees. (my chicken legs were on the larger side.) It came out so great! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
I Pulled 3 drumsticks out of my fridge and followed your directions. Little did I know that in 40 minutes my chicken would not only look like yours, but also taste really good. Thank you for a simple meal I will most definitely be making again. If you are reading this and have 3 drumsticks, stop reading and preheat your oven (that's the hardest part)

Why go through all that trouble measuring and mixing, maybe you’ll have to even go out and buy one of those spices , smoked paprika I’m guessing. Just get out the Shake and Bake .
This recipe made delicious chicken drums. I had 6 drums so I doubled the recipe and added 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes and 1 tsp. baking powder to crisp them up. My family loved it. Thank you!

Really nice recipe
A pan with a wire rack also helps with the cleaning part at the end and it keeps your chicken from burning with the paper/juices.

Look very good at the end, think i'll give it a try and stop back later for my 2 cents :O) I am back as promiced, I didn't have onion powder but used what I had on hand, that was everything else, I sub a salt with oinion powder and a few spices worked out great!

It’s totally up to you, but most people leave the skin on.
