Ingredients:
4 Chicken leg quarters (soft chicken)
Carrots
Potatoes
1 tbsGarlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbs Onion Powder
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
/Stock cubes (I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes)
Salt to taste
Oven temperature: 170°C / 340°F

This recipe turned out great! Did not have smoked paprika so I used regular paprika powder. And I added some celery stalks because we didn't have enough carrots. Absolutely delicious, and so easy to throw together.

Amazing. Used an electric roasting pan. I literally am coming off of anesthesia from a procedure this morning and was able to throw this into the roaster in 15 minutes, set the timer and go lay back down. I'm one for elaborate all day meals but this one was Easy just when I needed it.

I just made this for dinner and it was exquisite! The flavours were impeccable! Instead of onion powder we used minced onion which is a pretty indian household habit, you must try it! It tastes great roasted and really bri by s out the flavour of the marinade

Please did you boil your chicken first I feel it wonr cook well
@@ifeyinwamuoghalu4167 Do not boil your chicken before roasting it. If your chicken isn't done at the 45-50 minute mark you can leave it in for longer. Chicken will absolutely cook within the hour in the oven.

Okay, so I must just say thank you for this recipe. I made this to the "T" the other night and let me tell you, my husband couldn't get enough. He brought home some take away fish and chips and it was just too little for us and I decided to make the chicken recipe. He reckoned when I started preparing the dish that he won't eat much, but let me tell you, once he started eating he couldn't stop, 3 pieces of chicken later hahaha! I added in some mealies (corn on the cob cut into smaller portions) and OMW it was amazing. I'm going to make it again this week! 😁😁😁
